The room was clean and tidy. The staff was very enthusiastic and attentive. They called in advance to confirm the check-in information and enter the license plate number. It was convenient for you to drive directly into the hotel parking space when you checked in. The service was attentive and the surrounding environment was good.

The appearance of the hotel rooms is a modern building, simple and elegant. The hotel is located in the center of Tonglu. It is very convenient to go shopping. The hotel’s lobby facilities are luxuriously decorated and give guests a very broad view after entering. At the same time, the waiters are also very enthusiastic and almost responsive to the requirements of the guests. It is a recommended hotel. The hotel room is spacious and refreshing. The facilities are well-equipped, and the hot water is relatively large. It is more comfortable when taking a bath. It looks like about 8 o’clock. The hotel lobby manager calls the room and declares his home door to ask if it feels like staying in. Or I asked if the hotel is equipped with a gym. I was told that some of them were on the sixth floor, and then went to the sixth floor to exercise, but I didn’t know how to turn on the treadmill. In the end, the front desk staff helped to open it. The front desk service is impeccable. Express thankfulness. Although there are not many people for breakfast, the dishes are a combination of Chinese and Western dishes, which are comprehensive and well received. Needs to be improved: the room air conditioner makes abnormal noise, adjust it to low speed according to the instructions on the wall, there is still some noise, which is not a big problem. In the hot summer days, the room is equipped with 2 bottles of free mineral water, which I personally feel is not enough. This hotel allows people outside to feel the feeling of home, where there are delicious dishes from home, there is a warm and homelike environment, and the thoughtful and complete round-the-clock service. If I have the opportunity, I will come here. Small things will affect the guest’s feelings and overall evaluation; cost-effective, excellent value, and excellent hotel management concept.

Atour is a nice boutique style hotel. We stayed in a suite there in Tonglu for 2 nights. The suite faces the Binjiang park and the Fuchen river. The panoramic view from the 10th floor is incredible, definitely one of the best views we have experienced in China. The friendly front desk staff checked us in with the help of a translator app since our Mandarin is not great. We don't let that stop us from traveling in China - we don't expect English when we travel, but we do know how to work through any language difficulty. The hotel is in really good shape....modern and contemporary feel. The breakfast on the 8th floor was modest but superb. The staff there is very friendly and even the housekeeping people were always pleasant with us. When we went out at night and walked through the park it was pretty apparent that we were the only foreigners in the neighborhood. Only 2 hours away from Shanghai by high speed train- Tonglu is definitely on our ”return to” list.

I lived in the suite with my girlfriend, and the electric curtains opened to the mountain view, which was very beautiful! We arrived at about 11 o'clock in the evening of the first day. The butler was still waiting for us and sent it to us in a trolley. Haha, it's not far away. It's more convenient to drive by car, but we don't have the power to restrain the chicken. Can't drive haha. I thought it was drifting, it should be the manager, and specially arranged to pick us up. Give you a like 👍🏻 In the evening, I ate in the restaurant in the shop. It tasted good. You can also eat it in the room. After eating, I went to sing ktv. Very nice! ! Before leaving, the shop manager's little brother gave tea and ice cream to eat. Very sweet! ! highly recommended! !

Although I was here for a short work trip, this hotel is definitely very well worth staying at if traveling for leisure, too. Excellent location on the river, beside a mall, a Starbucks, a supermarket, and multiple restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets. The city center is walking distance and the hotel has ample free parking (surface and underground). The service I experienced from checking in until checking out was simply exquisite! I was warmly welcomed by reception where Elaine Wan (Front Office Manager) whose attention to detail and support is above and beyond the adjective ‘outstanding’ providing me with a free upgrade. On the flip side, one minor criticism could be not finding the hotel on my GPS and the breakfast which was perhaps not as varied as I would have liked. However, since this hotel has recently opened, I understand and appreciated the set breakfasts available ‘oriental’ and ‘western’. Once again, I was impressed how servicial the staff were as they provided us with a take-away box to avoid any estate. I shall definitely return but as a tourist owing to the hotel’s comfort, service, price and location.

A small courtyard is great! The environment is quiet in the mountains, there is a huge terrace, and the boss is very enthusiastic! This B&B makes people who are away from home feel like they are at home: there are delicious dishes from home, a warm and home-like environment, and thoughtful and complete all-day services. I will come here again if given the chance. The room is clean and tidy, giving you an excellent accommodation experience. There is nothing better than coming here to experience the rural life in Tonglu! The view from the room is very good, it’s also nice to listen to light music and lie on the bed and look at the scenery! The Pujiang grapes here are also very delicious! There are also noodles and breakfast made by the boss! It just feels like being at home! After living in the city for a long time, there is nothing better than relaxing here!

The river-view king bed room at Tonglu Junyue Hotel we booked on Ctrip was upgraded to a suite with a side suite after arriving at the front desk. There are floor-to-ceiling windows on both walls, and the view of the river is indeed unrivaled. The panoramic view is unobstructed, and you can quickly enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Fuchun River. Not only are the clear waters, green mountains and picturesque river scenery during the day, but after nightfall, the lanterns are lit up, the lanterns along the river are even more brilliant, and there are also fireworks blooming in the sky. The hotel's facilities are first-rate, and the small bar in the room has a wide range of varieties. Immersing yourself in the background music in the room, looking out the window, or sipping tea and chatting are the best ways to relax and vacation. The breakfast experience is also very good, the freshly cooked noodles are rich in toppings, and the rice noodles and small wontons are also very unique. There are also amazing large oysters, just plump and sweet. In addition to the hardware facilities, everything from the lobby front desk to the room service is also attentive. I would like to thank the housekeeper Li Youlian for giving us bath salts, bubble balls, and bathtub covers on the first day of check-in, so that we can take a peaceful bath at night to relax our muscles and relieve fatigue. Thank you to room steward Zhang Jundi for your attentive service. Special thanks to the housekeeper Zhou Shaoju, who not only wiped the suitcase clean when cleaning the room, but also washed the socks we changed. Although it is a small matter, it reflects the attentiveness of butler Zhou Shaoju to his work and his considerateness to his guests, and he truly presents the ”feeling at home” in front of him. I would also like to thank the hotel security guard Zhao Fengsheng for cleaning our car after our long journey. With attentive and thoughtful service, comfortable rooms, beautiful scenery, and convenient transportation, Tonglu Junyue Hotel gave us a perfect ending to our vacation. We will come back if we have the opportunity.

It was really unexpected. I thought that cheap would not have good conditions. As a result, the facilities and sanitation services are good! The decoration is very good and relatively new, the room is also very spacious, the two single beds are also very comfortable and wide. The breakfast is very rich, there are many choices, and the service staff is very friendly and caring. Next time I come to Tonglu, I will stay.

I chose this venue because it was the nearest 5 star hotel to OMG activity park and also because we were celebrating my eldest sons 12th birthday. The accommodation was 5 stars amazing! Our room faced the peninsula and had a fantastic view. The bed linen felt very luxury soft. The food was top quality ingredients. The outdoor swimming pool is maintained to a very high standard. Finally the service was impeccable all round. Special mention goes to Sky who attended my every needs and made the birthday boy feel extra special! Mind to provide some hair ropes for girls to tie their hair in the cafeteria, it's better to be cute, because girls will forget to bring the head ropes when they eat the buffet, and they are not happy to go back to the room to get them, that is the case. The experience is not very good.
