The room was clean and tidy. The staff was very enthusiastic and attentive. They called in advance to confirm the check-in information and enter the license plate number. It was convenient for you to drive directly into the hotel parking space when you checked in. The service was attentive and the surrounding environment was good.

The appearance of the hotel rooms is a modern building, simple and elegant. The hotel is located in the center of Tonglu. It is very convenient to go shopping. The hotel’s lobby facilities are luxuriously decorated and give guests a very broad view after entering. At the same time, the waiters are also very enthusiastic and almost responsive to the requirements of the guests. It is a recommended hotel. The hotel room is spacious and refreshing. The facilities are well-equipped, and the hot water is relatively large. It is more comfortable when taking a bath. It looks like about 8 o’clock. The hotel lobby manager calls the room and declares his home door to ask if it feels like staying in. Or I asked if the hotel is equipped with a gym. I was told that some of them were on the sixth floor, and then went to the sixth floor to exercise, but I didn’t know how to turn on the treadmill. In the end, the front desk staff helped to open it. The front desk service is impeccable. Express thankfulness. Although there are not many people for breakfast, the dishes are a combination of Chinese and Western dishes, which are comprehensive and well received. Needs to be improved: the room air conditioner makes abnormal noise, adjust it to low speed according to the instructions on the wall, there is still some noise, which is not a big problem. In the hot summer days, the room is equipped with 2 bottles of free mineral water, which I personally feel is not enough. This hotel allows people outside to feel the feeling of home, where there are delicious dishes from home, there is a warm and homelike environment, and the thoughtful and complete round-the-clock service. If I have the opportunity, I will come here. Small things will affect the guest’s feelings and overall evaluation; cost-effective, excellent value, and excellent hotel management concept.

Atour is a nice boutique style hotel. We stayed in a suite there in Tonglu for 2 nights. The suite faces the Binjiang park and the Fuchen river. The panoramic view from the 10th floor is incredible, definitely one of the best views we have experienced in China. The friendly front desk staff checked us in with the help of a translator app since our Mandarin is not great. We don't let that stop us from traveling in China - we don't expect English when we travel, but we do know how to work through any language difficulty. The hotel is in really good shape....modern and contemporary feel. The breakfast on the 8th floor was modest but superb. The staff there is very friendly and even the housekeeping people were always pleasant with us. When we went out at night and walked through the park it was pretty apparent that we were the only foreigners in the neighborhood. Only 2 hours away from Shanghai by high speed train- Tonglu is definitely on our ”return to” list.

The hotel is very new and the design is very unique. The interior decoration and decoration style of the room are stylish. The most important thing is that the buttons are as simple as they are not complicated. The plug-in is everywhere and the consideration is very meticulous. There is also welcome fruit in the room. In the case of redeeming points, you can also give a gift to explain that the hotel's corporate culture is very popular. No matter which one of the service staff is warm and thoughtful, responsive, and has a sense of corporate culture. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, there are still some. The noodle waiter who could not eat it also tried his best to burn it out, indicating that they really put the experience of the guests first. It is recommended to go to Shanghai to play. Although we only stayed for one evening it was a most pleasurable one. I have very basic Chinese language skills (i.e. None) but the staff were very patient and helpful. It also helped that I had taken a Chinese friend with me for the short break. Check in was swift and only took around 5 minutes considering I needed to provide all my documentation and covid codes etc. Again the staff were great an made us feel very welcome. The room was huge with two almost Double beds, a huge bathroom and giant circular bathtub as well as a shower. The mini bar was well stocked and there was a dressing room as well as robes, slippers etc. After a few minutes settling in we were treated to a gift of fresh fruit which was very much appreciated. The beds were super comfortable and we slept well after we returned from an evening out in Tonglu. In the morning the breakfast was typical Chinese buffet and was delicious though we didn't eat too much due to our previous evenings dinner. Even though I was clearly the only Westerner in the Hotel at that point I was made to feel very welcome by every single person I encountered....both staff and guests. I would highly recommend a stay here if you should ever visit Tonglu.

A small courtyard is great! The environment is quiet in the mountains, there is a huge terrace, and the boss is very enthusiastic! This B&B makes people who are away from home feel like they are at home: there are delicious dishes from home, a warm and home-like environment, and thoughtful and complete all-day services. I will come here again if given the chance. The room is clean and tidy, giving you an excellent accommodation experience. There is nothing better than coming here to experience the rural life in Tonglu! The view from the room is very good, it’s also nice to listen to light music and lie on the bed and look at the scenery! The Pujiang grapes here are also very delicious! There are also noodles and breakfast made by the boss! It just feels like being at home! After living in the city for a long time, there is nothing better than relaxing here!

It was really unexpected. I thought that cheap would not have good conditions. As a result, the facilities and sanitation services are good! The decoration is very good and relatively new, the room is also very spacious, the two single beds are also very comfortable and wide. The breakfast is very rich, there are many choices, and the service staff is very friendly and caring. Next time I come to Tonglu, I will stay.

Although I was here for a short work trip, this hotel is definitely very well worth staying at if traveling for leisure, too. Excellent location on the river, beside a mall, a Starbucks, a supermarket, and multiple restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets. The city center is walking distance and the hotel has ample free parking (surface and underground). The service I experienced from checking in until checking out was simply exquisite! I was warmly welcomed by reception where Elaine Wan (Front Office Manager) whose attention to detail and support is above and beyond the adjective ‘outstanding’ providing me with a free upgrade. On the flip side, one minor criticism could be not finding the hotel on my GPS and the breakfast which was perhaps not as varied as I would have liked. However, since this hotel has recently opened, I understand and appreciated the set breakfasts available ‘oriental’ and ‘western’. Once again, I was impressed how servicial the staff were as they provided us with a take-away box to avoid any estate. I shall definitely return but as a tourist owing to the hotel’s comfort, service, price and location.

Hôtel was very nice. Location is quite convenient (close to a large shopping mall but still in a quiet environment), scenery of hotel (environment) very pleasant and staff very friendly. In our case car was a must though to go everywhere outside of the hotel. 2 minor things that can be improved - noisy at night (air condition, water flow from neighbor room) which is a bit annoying. - hard mattress.

The hotel is clean, spacious and bright, with convenient facilities, the swimming pool is very good, and Xiaoyao's service at the front desk is very good! The main reason is that the housing price is affordable and the parking is free. I am very satisfied with my stay! Recommended! The service attitude of Lei Fang at the front desk is really good. He helped us solve the problem of breakfast. The room is also very clean and tidy without any peculiar smell. The hotel swimming pool is also good. The water is at a constant temperature, and there are special staff patrolling nearby
