Hotels in Shenao ancient town Resort, Tonglu

This time I remembered the brand of Yunxi, the service was very intimate, there was afternoon tea, and fruit. I opened the computer in the restaurant to work and gave me a marshmallow. I was so happy. I plan to go to Lishui next time and live in Yunxi. Half of the buildings in the homestay are ancient buildings, the other half are added, with wooden charm and modern combination. The hotel is small and has a sense of design. There are not many people in the ancient town on National Day. You can stroll around on the street. I feel that the villagers really like it and are very friendly. Rare quiet place.

Very distinctive house, I don’t want to go to crowded attractions, I want to find a clean and leisurely name-calling hotel, I found this one online for a long time, the homestay environment is good, I like the style, and it is also very popular. The stinky is put on a lot of shapes haha 😆, you need to make an appointment for eating here. Otherwise, you have to go out to find a place to eat. Afternoon tea is a little chilled, two small biscuits and a pot of tea. Breakfast is full, especially the local small rounds taste very delicious! The proprietress is also very warm and beautiful 🤩 is also very friendly to pets! Still a good place worth recommending 👍!

The store is very enthusiastic, please taste tea Longjing tea, the entrance is sweet and sweet, so the next day, I went to his tea mountain with the store to visit. The mountains around the scenery are beautiful. If you eat, the cooking tastes great. It is the best meal we have been out in the past few days, and the price is not expensive, and the price is very high. The room I lived in was ok, the facilities were very good, I could see that I had a careful thought, and the room was very clean. There is also a tea room on the first floor, and the environment is elegant.

The environment of the homestay is beautiful, the air is very good, and the surrounding mountains are high, giving people an experience of going deep into the mountains and forests. There is a stream in front of the homestay. The stream is clear and clean, and there are groups of fish and shrimps. You can fish in deeper places. Villagers sometimes bathe and wash clothes inside. The surrounding villages retain some ancient buildings from the Republic of China period, and some are still inhabited. The surrounding mountains can be climbed, and the country roads can be walked, which is very comfortable. The owner and the proprietress of the hotel are a couple in their 50s. They are honest, simple, enthusiastic and generous. We lived there for about 20 days and got along very happily. We received a lot of care from them, just like relatives. The boss is very good at cooking, and he can cook many rural delicacies that can't be found in hotels, such as wild fungus, fairy tofu and so on. Our room windows face the mountain view, green mountains and clear waters, simple and comfortable, and fresh air. In short, our holiday exceeded our expectations and it was very beautiful, thanks to Longyinju B&B. 😊😊 P.S. B&B is only a 20-minute drive from the high-speed railway station, and the transportation is very convenient.

What an excellent find! The Eight Blessings Inn is a wonderful place to enjoy a comfortable stay. The hotel is new with comfortable furniture in an creative and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. The design is very well done. The bed is super comfortable. The room was spacious. My bathroom even has heated floor! Luxurious towels and bedding enhanced the stay. The staff is great and a reason the stay here was so good. JoAnn is a engaging conversationalist (Perfect English!) and Lao Qiao does more than expected to welcome guests, including meeting you at the street to guide you to the hotel. Both will have many suggestions for time time there. The work staff is also very good. I had two very good breakfasts and a fine evening meal (highly recommended). The village is interesting: good to wander around and take photos or visit artisan shops. This hotel and friendly town are certainly worth a return visit. A DiDi ride from Hangzhou was about 30 minutes once on the highway. Trains also run nearby. So, convenient, easy access. Highly recommended stay. I will return!

Although we only stayed for one evening it was a most pleasurable one. I have very basic Chinese language skills (i.e. None) but the staff were very patient and helpful. It also helped that I had taken a Chinese friend with me for the short break. Check in was swift and only took around 5 minutes considering I needed to provide all my documentation and covid codes etc. Again the staff were great an made us feel very welcome. The room was huge with two almost Double beds, a huge bathroom and giant circular bathtub as well as a shower. The mini bar was well stocked and there was a dressing room as well as robes, slippers etc. After a few minutes settling in we were treated to a gift of fresh fruit which was very much appreciated. The beds were super comfortable and we slept well after we returned from an evening out in Tonglu. In the morning the breakfast was typical Chinese buffet and was delicious though we didn't eat too much due to our previous evenings dinner. Even though I was clearly the only Westerner in the Hotel at that point I was made to feel very welcome by every single person I encountered....both staff and guests. I would highly recommend a stay here if you should ever visit Tonglu.

It was a very pleasant travel and check-in experience. Although the time was not as long as three days and two nights, the environment and service of Dalezhiye really gave our family a silent guardian and a sense of security. The pills are basically returned in seconds. As soon as you sit down, the large portions of fruit are washed, cut, and served in front of you. Every night when you return to your room, there is a pot full of red bean soup and white fungus that is hung on the door and filled with a thermos cup. The soup really touched my heartstrings, it was still hot! When I got home today, I thought the journey was over. ”Did you get home?” I was flattered by the gentle greeting from the housekeeper Yu Wan. It turned out that this long gentleness is not over yet! Is there anything more moving than having you in my heart, I will come again next time I have the opportunity, come to this gentle place between the mountains and the wild ❤️Thank you Dalezhiye~Thank you Butler Fish Ball 😘

I chose this venue because it was the nearest 5 star hotel to OMG activity park and also because we were celebrating my eldest sons 12th birthday. The accommodation was 5 stars amazing! Our room faced the peninsula and had a fantastic view. The bed linen felt very luxury soft. The food was top quality ingredients. The outdoor swimming pool is maintained to a very high standard. Finally the service was impeccable all round. Special mention goes to Sky who attended my every needs and made the birthday boy feel extra special! He prepared a birthday cake surprise for my son which turned the day into an unforgettable birthday. Many thanks to all at Conrad Tonglu

Although I was here for a short work trip, this hotel is definitely very well worth staying at if traveling for leisure, too. Excellent location on the river, beside a mall, a Starbucks, a supermarket, and multiple restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets. The city center is walking distance and the hotel has ample free parking (surface and underground). The service I experienced from checking in until checking out was simply exquisite! I was warmly welcomed by reception where Elaine Wan (Front Office Manager) whose attention to detail and support is above and beyond the adjective ‘outstanding’ providing me with a free upgrade. On the flip side, one minor criticism could be not finding the hotel on my GPS and the breakfast which was perhaps not as varied as I would have liked. However, since this hotel has recently opened, I understand and appreciated the set breakfasts available ‘oriental’ and ‘western’. Once again, I was impressed how servicial the staff were as they provided us with a take-away box to avoid any estate. I shall definitely return but as a tourist owing to the hotel’s comfort, service, price and location.

Atour is a nice boutique style hotel. We stayed in a suite there in Tonglu for 2 nights. The suite faces the Binjiang park and the Fuchen river. The panoramic view from the 10th floor is incredible, definitely one of the best views we have experienced in China. The friendly front desk staff checked us in with the help of a translator app since our Mandarin is not great. We don't let that stop us from traveling in China - we don't expect English when we travel, but we do know how to work through any language difficulty. The hotel is in really good shape....modern and contemporary feel. The breakfast on the 8th floor was modest but superb. The staff there is very friendly and even the housekeeping people were always pleasant with us. When we went out at night and walked through the park it was pretty apparent that we were the only foreigners in the neighborhood. Only 2 hours away from Shanghai by high speed train- Tonglu is definitely on our ”return to” list.
