房間有點年頭了，但打掃得乾淨，房間一大一小兩個床，客廳有沙發和摺疊床，這個套房住四五個人都沒問題，陽台正對蘆茨灣，風景無敵，到蘆茨村要走個十分鐘，路太窄了，錯車麻煩就停樓前沒動，出去玩靠走的晚就行。老闆娘做菜好吃，要吃的話要一定提前一天和老闆娘説。

房間較大，衞生不錯，老闆娘廚藝很好，早餐味道不錯，第二天晚餐老闆娘幫忙燒4個農家菜，全家都覺得好吃，性價比較高，農莊環境不錯，早晨起來晨跑，一路風景不錯，空氣新鮮，總之，是一次不錯的住宿體驗。

非常滿意！端午節定了一間陽光房和一間家庭房，家庭房超大，陽光房的陽台很美，視角超讚！
周圍環境很好，最最重要的是老闆娘超級熱情，我們一家人都很滿意！

整體環境清幽，早上站在陽台上可以聽到久違的鳥叫聲房間寬敞整潔，老闆娘很熱情服務也很好，最有機會還會光顧

我們住的是豪華觀景房，雖然有大玻璃窗，但是看到的外面景色一般，還要爬4樓，運送行李有點累。衞生很差，最不能忍的是馬桶很臟，座圈歪斜並且有污漬。淋浴間地漏不通暢，會積水。空調出風口有很厚的灰塵。花了500多，入住還在自己再搞一下衞生，心累。建議同價位還是入住連鎖酒店，至少衞生不會這麼差

老闆娘人很好很熱情也很親切，主動詢問我們一行人有沒有吃飯、到哪裡了等等，談笑間如同自己家長輩對晚輩一般。門口就是富春江，晚上吃過飯圍着江邊走走路消食，感受一下山清水秀的慢時光。早飯好好吃🤤豐盛的同時量也足夠多，色香味俱全，手藝棒棒！這次短途旅行感受了人與人之間的友好相處，達到了內心認為的旅行意義，特意來寫這些簡短地評價，並不如同某些民宿去要求住客好評

這個民宿真的給這個五一一個不快樂的結束，定了最貴的套房，環境啥都沒有其它房間環境和設施好，營業人員衹有一個阿姨，經常找不到人，早餐也是涼涼的，太不舒服了，洗漱用品特廉價；周圍買的西瓜也是催熟的，打開都要用夾子，欺騙感特別強，讓人覺得當地人不誠信；周圍交通也很不順，沒有很好規劃，導致遊客對向行駛堵死了；旅遊景點的餐飲是無證經營，衞生堪憂。不推薦長途來蘆茨灣旅遊……

房間挺大，有三張床，睡得挺舒服的。空調製冷不錯，旁邊的湖景也很美。老闆娘很熱情，早上還有安排豐盛的早餐。如果來蘆茨灣的遊玩的話，推薦入住！
