We arrived late on the first day, but Tom, the manager at the front desk, was very enthusiastic and had a very good service attitude. He also welcomed us to the elevator. He also greeted us warmly when we left the hotel. We stayed for three days and two nights. The room was clean and tidy, the cleaning lady was also very professional, and the service response when we needed mineral water was also very timely. Although there were not many choices for breakfast, there were Chinese, Western, and open-style breakfasts. The big sister of the open-style breakfast was also very enthusiastic. We got up late for breakfast on the first day and it was almost time to end. The restaurant staff still maintained excellent service quality. Next time I come to Tonglu, I will choose this hotel again.
