民宿地理位置非常好，是蘆茨村唯一一家有獨家小院的民宿，下定後就有管家mm主動聯繫併發攻略，民宿後門出去就是吊橋，橋下可以玩水，過了橋就是馬陵古道入口，風景絕佳，淡季期間管家給我免費升級了陽台房，✓寵物也特別友好，果斷又續住了兩晚，管家mm非常熱情周到，每天都送我早餐，阿姨做的麪條也非常美味，相處了四天已經像朋友一樣了，這次旅行真的非常開心，等到夏季我一定還來住，好好的玩水敍舊

想來想去還是評價一番，540定的親子房間，沒有圖片的木馬啊玩具 衹有一個地墊和一個帳篷 隔開的一個房間 又熱我不知道可玩什麼😭那我還不如三百多雙床房啊 多加一百多是冤大頭
設施：空調有味道 很潮濕 開了除濕和製冷都沒辦法去除潮濕 整個人身上超級黏糊糊（可能是在一樓的原因 反正各種潮濕 被子都是黏的感覺 外加空調的風味道 整一個就是哎…..
衞生：然後講衞生 除了牆體有點黴 沙發是破舊的 …其他還好
服務：服務是挺好的 有問題也很積極
蚊子真的好多 插頭設計床頭一個 插着電蚊香 拔了一會電蚊香 小孩身上直接咬了五六個包 手機根本沒地方充電 後來把電視機拔了插
環境：步行到玩水的地方走路真的好累 而且也別想什麼窗外的美景了 兩個車子一停也沒了

我們去的時候人不多，店員姐姐直接給我們升級成家庭房了，有張兩米大床，真的很夠睡。不過由於那天下雨，房間又在一樓，還是有點潮濕，會有點味道，希望以後可以多開點樓上的房間。這個民宿位於蘆茨村的入口，隔壁就是停車場，還是挺方便的。蘆茨村的景色也是真的秀麗，值得一去。

民宿的床墊就是這一個彈簧格子組成的，睡覺就想睡在鋼鐵彈簧上，很硌，翻身彈簧還有聲音，一夜無眠

是臨時決定住一晚噠～看了很久找到了溪築，定完房間管家就來電話啦，超級貼心。到了民宿後管家告訴我們房間升級成了親子房～房間超級大～感覺很舒服，入住之後管家還送了小禮品和酸梅汁還有果盤～有點小驚喜～傍晚可以在蘆茨村散散步看看晚霞十分愜意～吃完晚餐回來突然想吃水果，管家還切了西瓜，簡直太貼心啦～有讓我們感覺超出了期待值。很棒的一次入住體驗

鬧中取靜的民宿，青山綠水環繞，假期帶着家人來蘆茨遊玩，朋友推薦的這家民宿，民宿就在村口的位置，來之前民宿管家給打電話加了微信發了具體位置給我，根據導航很快找到了，周邊停車很方便，民宿前行200米右邊就有一個停車場，因為一家人行李有點多，管家給幫忙拿的行李我先去停車的，管家就在太陽底下一直等我，真的是辛苦了，早餐也比較豐富，牛奶，果汁，麪點味道也不錯，房間訂了標間，看我們帶了孩子還給免費升級了親子房，真的是貼心至極，下次還會再來的，祝店家生意興隆！財源廣進

過慣城市的快生活節奏，跟朋友一起體驗了一天的慢生活節奏，在民宿的小院裏，管家小哥哥給送了一壺從青島帶來的嶗山綠茶，看着院裏的山景，品着綠茶，真的是悠閑的狠，民宿後面有個蘆茨溪孩子們可以在那裡玩水，我跟朋友也體驗了一把孩子的純真，真的是慢生活體驗區呢，民宿的早餐也很豐富，還有當地的特色食品米粿，大姐做的菜味道也不錯，家裡的味道，大姐的也很熱情呢，前台的管家小哥哥也很熱情，真的是一次不錯的旅行體驗呢，下次還會再來的。

從高鐵站打車過來大約20分鐘，很方便，所處位置我很喜歡，依山伴水，讓人從心底愜意，遠離喧囂，同時又不荒涼，享受時光的美好。
店裡有純正的青啤，坐在落日餘暉下，小酌幾杯，美好的時刻就來了。房間裝修清新淡雅，衞生也很乾凈。
服務熱情，提前發位置，幫拿行李，還有小禮物~
在民宿吃了三餐，菜品可以零點，比較齊全，味道不錯。
等天氣涼快些，帶家人再來！

民宿位置在村頭，挺安靜的，門頭沿街，但不太顯眼，有家飯店那個牌子就是了，他們家的餐廳。停車位有幾個比較難搶，好在旁邊有免費停車場，也挺方便的，還有國家電網的充電樁。
院子很大，坐一坐喝瓶酒，孩子們跑一跑都不錯。衞生狀況不錯，床品乾淨，打掃房間的阿姨很熱情，衞生間面積夠，水質很好，好像是山裡的水，直接燒開泡茶很好。
有兩個住宿樓，都是兩層，房間比較多，給升級了房間，面積大了不少，贊一下。多看了幾個房間，發現還有三張床的親子房，比較實用，孩子多的可以選擇。二樓有個小觀景平台，可以點菜送上來吃，很好！
店裡的餐廳外包了，口味跟價格都不錯，點菜就行，很方便。早餐不錯，是套餐，營養健康，量比較多，有些浪費，早餐阿姨説週末人多就改成自助了。
整體來看，沒有特別出彩的地方，但各方面都很均衡，在桐廬屬於性價比很不錯的了，推薦一下。
