I am very dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel.
First of all, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. There were paper towels on the copper lamps, stains on the sheets and pillowcases, and the bathroom floor was dirty. Secondly, the soundproofing of the walls was extremely poor, which kept me awake all night. On the day of check-in, I reported it to the front desk in time, but they didn't give me a reply. I was very disappointed with this. I won't go to this hotel again next time.

設施：還可以吧，有點舊，電視沒有會員，沒有小童樂園和小童玩具和攜程上寫的不符合
衞生：被子上有長頭髮，感覺不是很乾凈
環境：能看到富春江，位置比較偏僻，附近沒什麼吃的，離桐廬東站較近，
服務：服務還可以，但是看到小孩沒有直接給拖鞋和牙刷，要問了才給，免費升級了江景房
早餐有面和餛飩以及其他吃的，可以吃飽，追求味道就算了

避開春節高峯，到桐廬來玩。瑰禮有我想要的房型，兩張大的雙人床，很適合一家三口。房間很大很乾凈，旁邊就是富春江，空調和淋浴都很給力，前台服務不錯，因為孩子身高超了，還多送了早餐券。服務超好評！下次有需要還會選擇的。
