前台小姐姐給我們升級了房型。傳統型酒店，設施很齊全，洗衣房健身房都有，早餐豐富、品種多。酒店在富春江邊，離富春江很近，走兩多分鐘就到了。附近有美食廣場，下午去江邊還可以看日落，夜景很美，附近景點有大奇山，梅蓉村油菜花田，從酒店出發到東門碼頭都很近

設施：還可以吧，有點舊，電視沒有會員，沒有小童樂園和小童玩具和攜程上寫的不符合
衞生：被子上有長頭髮，感覺不是很乾凈
環境：能看到富春江，位置比較偏僻，附近沒什麼吃的，離桐廬東站較近，
服務：服務還可以，但是看到小孩沒有直接給拖鞋和牙刷，要問了才給，免費升級了江景房
早餐有面和餛飩以及其他吃的，可以吃飽，追求味道就算了

我非常不滿意我在這家酒店的住宿體驗。
首先，客房的衞生情況令人失望銅燈上有紙巾，床單和枕套上有污跡，浴室的地板也很臟。其次，牆壁隔音設施極差，導致我整晚都無法入睡。入住當天我及時向前台反饋了，也沒有給我一個答覆😔對此我感到非常失望。下次不會再去這家酒店了。

房間很大，很乾凈。
設施齊全，有洗衣機烘乾機，一樓很多快充，每度電1.2不到，這點對於新能源汽車太友好了。地下停車場很大，車位超級多。
服務特別好，還免費升級江景房，隔着窗户就能看到富春江，早餐也好吃。
