It was a wonderful trip, especially the hotel and the staff! The hotel’s location is near the Fuchun river and the view from the room is stunning! The lobby manager, MS. Lang Yekai, was super nice and helpful! Definitely will come back and stay again!

Finally, I came to Tonglu, which I had been thinking about. I locked in Junyue Hotel very early and booked a river view room specifically to enjoy the beautiful Fuchun River. The decoration style of the hotel is very consistent with my aesthetics. The room is large and clean, the bedding is comfortable, the bath water is large, the air conditioning is powerful, the wifi speed is fast, and the service is warm. The guest service manager Song Yilin is not only beautiful, but also speaks gently. She carefully introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions and helped us choose a comfortable latex pillow. The housekeeper Wang Jiahong prepared fruits and sweet soup for us. The underground parking lot is convenient for parking. The front desk can collect parking tickets and guests staying in the hotel can park for free. Security Zheng Jikun also helped us wash the car, which is really thoughtful😊. When I met the cleaning aunt in the corridor, I would also greet her warmly, making people feel at home. Drinking coffee in the room while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Fuchun River and Tongjun Mountain is so pleasant! Next time I come to Tonglu, Junyue Hotel is still my only choice✌🏻!

Having stayed in so many five-star hotels, I really want to give this one a big thumbs up! The room is very clean and quiet. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. The front office managers Fan Di and Shen Jian and the doorman Xiao Hong were warm and friendly. They served hot tea and hot towels when I came, provided car washing services when I stayed in the hotel, and helped me take down my phone when I forgot to take it when I left. The hotel has a panoramic view of the riverside and Fuchun River. The hardware and software are very helpful. I will come again next time.

This family vacation was quite satisfactory. The hotel front desk manager Lang Yekai provided warm service and clear explanations. He helped us arrange 5 rooms on the same floor. Security master Zheng Jikun also washed our car for free in the evening. Sister Li Youlian from the housekeeping department prepared welcome fruits and wolfberry and pear sweet soup for each room, and provided disposable bathtub covers and other toiletries. This hotel really makes guests feel at home. When checking in at the front desk, there are red date tea and hot towels, which warms my heart in the cold winter days. After the formalities were completed, because I had to go to the car to get something, Rebekah helped me to send the gift to the room and explained the room function settings in detail. The housekeeper Amelia Li was very careful to make the bed before going to bed and sent autumn pear syrup, and mainly wiped our shoes clean, which really touched my heart. I like to polish my shoes after a day, and I will be refreshed when I go out tomorrow. The breakfast is also rich, the room is cost-effective, and the appearance of the car is also polished after checking out. The service team of the entire team department is really great.

I booked the hotel with a try-and-see mentality, but I didn't expect it to be so good. When checking in, because one of us went to park, Manager Lang Yekai helped to bring our luggage to the room and explained to us in detail how to use the smart devices in the room. It was really considerate. The subsequent housekeeper service made me feel very warm. There were three of us staying in total. She prepared three servings of fruit and warmly prepared tea for us. Seeing that the three of us were girls, she also brought us a high-power hair dryer. The housekeeper auntie also folded a cute little rabbit for us in the evening, sent us snow pear syrup suitable for autumn, and helped us wash our socks. We were a little overwhelmed by the pampering, but we also enjoyed it properly. When I checked out the next day, I was surprised by the hotel's service again. I found that our car was wiped very clean. It turned out that this was an extended service of the hotel security master. It was great. Finally I know that service has no limit. I believe this hotel will get better and better. Next time I will bring my parents to experience it. Finally, I have to praise the location of this hotel. It is also very good. The hotel is right by the Fuchun River. After getting up in the morning, you can see the Fuchun River 2 Bridge at the door. After crossing the bridge, there is a pier. Go forward and cross the Tongjun Mountain Cable Bridge to Tongjun Mountain. Drink a cup of coffee halfway up Tongjun Mountain and look at the Junyue Hotel from a distance. It is really beautiful.

A great experience. The room is very comfortable and the facilities are complete. The most noteworthy thing is the breakfast. There are rich dishes and various healthy soups. It is not worth staying in the hotel if you don't experience breakfast. I forgot to take pictures of breakfast.

The handwritten note shows that the hotel cares about its guests. We arrived at night, and welcome fruits and Tremella soup (in a thermos cup) were already in the room. The scenery is pleasant and the transportation is convenient. I will choose Junyue again when I come to Tonglu next time.

The room hardware facilities and hotel soft service details are very well done. It is the best hotel I have stayed in. It can almost be described as impeccable. The river view room is very beautiful. I recommend you to experience it once if you have the chance.

The hotel environment and location are very good. The room has an unobstructed view of the river. I especially enjoy the service. Manager Zhao at the front desk and Butler Li at the guest room are very considerate and thoughtful. Master Zhao from the security guard also helped with the car wash.
