I went to Tonglu for a holiday. After comparing, I chose Junyue. It can be said that I didn't make a wrong choice! The hotel is really amazing and gives people a feeling of being at home. When I was still on the road, the hotel staff called to ask how long it would take to get to the hotel. They would tell you in advance that it might take a little time to clean the room. After arriving, the little brother at the door took the initiative to help with the luggage, and the little sister in charge of Check-in at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and polite. The location of the hotel is also very good. It is very convenient to go out to find a place to eat and go to attractions! After going downstairs to have breakfast the next day and returning to the room, I found that the room had been tidied, and the clothes scattered on the bed were folded up. It was really super heartwarming! The breakfast was very rich and very much in line with our taste! It's just that the Junyue Chinese restaurant where we ate in the evening was slow to serve the dishes, and it took a long time to wait for a dish! Maybe the chef is more serious and responsible, the taste is still very good! Even the dim sum is very delicate! In general, very satisfied!

The first stop of my parents' Zhejiang tour was Tonglu. We booked a room with a 180-degree river view, and it was upgraded to a 270-degree river view room. The hotel manager Ye Kai was beautiful and enthusiastic. She introduced the use of the intelligent facilities in the room to me and my parents in detail. She was very attentive and took into account the sleeping habits of the elderly. The handsome guy also delivered the luggage to the guest room. During the two-day stay experience, the hotel service reflected the service concept of "actively discovering guests' needs and bringing satisfaction and surprises to guests". The hotel is relatively new, clean and tidy. I drove all the way from Yan Ziling Fishing Platform to here, about 10 kilometers. This time I stayed in the river view room on the 24th floor. The room is very large, about 50 square meters. There are welcome fruits on the table as soon as I came in. The Fuchun River is outside the window, without any obstruction, and the view is very wide. There is a trail downstairs that leads directly to the riverside. It is also very pleasant to take a walk after dinner in the evening. There is also free Tremella sweet soup provided when returning to the hotel, which is very good. The bed is also very comfortable to sleep on at night, not too soft or too hard, there are no mites, and the bedding is very clean. What surprised me most was that before leaving the next day, I found that the car parked in the garage was polished and shiny. It was really an unexpected service! I highly recommend that if there are self-driving tourists who come to Tonglu to travel, you can stay here,

Overlooking Tongjun Mountain across the river, the Fuchun River scenery is unobstructed, and it feels like lying in the "Fuchun Mountain Dwelling"! Thanks to the two managers for arranging the welcome fruit. It happened to be my husband's birthday, and he had left a message asking for birthday decorations. It was also very attentive, making people feel at home. It is worth staying!

Let me talk about the advantages first: 1. Before check-in, notes were added to meet the guests' room needs. 2. As soon as I arrived at the hotel and prepared to check in, the staff immediately sent hot towels and hot drinks, making the guests feel at home. 3. Check-in was fast, and the guests were warmly sent to the room. There were thoughtful introductions and reminders, and the details were added. 4. The hotel has a good location, and the river view room can overlook the Fuchun River; it is close to various scenic spots and very convenient; after dinner nearby, you can take a leisurely walk along the trail by the Fuchun River to get to the hotel quickly. Along the way, you can enjoy the square dance and night fishing of Tonglu people. Walking by the Fuchun River, blowing the river breeze, and enjoying the night view, it is very beautiful. 5. The hotel breakfast is still a surprise. There are many hotels I have stayed in, but it is rare to provide oysters and salmon sashimi for breakfast. I observed the staff on the second day of the meal. The service staff will clean up the table and add tableware in time, and the kitchen staff are also constantly replenishing food. There are also small details. There is a small sign on each table with the front and back marked with the finished meal and the continued meal. Few guests should notice or use it, but this small tool is conceived by the hotel for the guests, and this detail is also worthy of praise. 6. When I was about to leave the hotel and return, the car had been wiped very clean. I am very grateful to this staff. 7. After returning home, I received a call from the hotel, asking warmly whether I got home safely, and I did it from beginning to end. Finally, there are two slight regrets. 1. The hotel does not have a swimming pool. 2. The seats in the breakfast restaurant are too low or the table top is too high, which slightly reduces the dining experience. In short, the favorability of this hotel is basically full marks, and I hope to have such good service next time.

I have been to Tonglu many times, and this is the first time I stayed in this hotel. The location is excellent, right next to the Fuchun River. Maybe I booked it late, and it was during the May Day holiday, so I couldn't book a river view room, but the whole layout of the room, including the color and light, made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I travel all over the country, and rarely come across a hotel room with its own Bluetooth speaker, which can be connected to my phone. This is really important for music lovers, and it is a big plus. The service attitude of the hotel is also top-notch. Every day, there are fruits and sweet soup in the bowl, which makes me feel very warm. It really feels like going home. I was too busy with work, and it was raining heavily in Tonglu on the last day, so I didn't go out to eat. For meals, the dishes ordered from the hotel's room service tasted very good, the quantity was large, and the price was very affordable. It was really a good choice. The hotel also had a lot of western-style bread and cakes, cheese coffee, juice, butter and jam for breakfast. I am a very particular person and I must eat western food in the morning, so I put this at the top of my mind when staying in a hotel. I was also very satisfied with the hotel's breakfast. I had a very pleasant four-day stay. The hotel's bedding was really comfortable. I don't know what brand of Simmons it was, but I could sleep well every night. I also want to praise the hotel's Wi-Fi for being very powerful. I never have to worry about losing network connection and getting back online. I highly recommend this hotel!

After visiting Wuyuan Huangling, it was too tiring to drive back to Shanghai for more than 6 hours, so I wanted to choose a city in the middle to rest for a day. I randomly chose a relatively new hotel near Fuchun River. I guess it was too casual. Overall, I was not satisfied. First, the hotel lobby signs were not clear. I followed the navigation and went around. The reason was that it was with other commercial buildings and had many entrances and exits. Second, when I just entered the room, I felt that the facilities were quite new. The key was that there was good Bluetooth background music, which immediately felt good. However, I accidentally found that the coffee at the bar was expired, which felt a bit unsatisfactory. Although I don’t drink instant coffee, I also bought Starbucks and brought it upstairs, but I felt that the management of the hotel had problems. The key was that it didn’t match your room price. It was better to choose the Qiandao Lake Hotel in the middle when I went there. The room price was half of that, but the service was more than several times better. Third, there was also a good thing that the garage provided a car wash service, which was also worthy of praise. I hope the hotel will improve the imperfections and become better and better in all aspects!

From the moment I arrived at the lobby, the warmth of home was very heartwarming. She was patient and meticulous throughout the whole process. Let's talk about the room. The river view room has an unbeatable view, overlooking the panoramic view of Fuchun River. The blue arch of the second bridge is particularly beautiful. I booked the 23rd floor, and I recommend a higher floor. In terms of the layout of the room and the exquisite details, I personally feel that Tonglu is the first. Third, the breakfast is delicious, rich, and rich in variety! The two-day journey is very short, but Junyue is definitely the best choice!
