This is not the first time I have come to Tonglu. This time I came by train, so I didn’t drive and was not tired. Dragging the suitcase, the hotel lobby is in the back and hard to find, but! The doorman saw us dragging the suitcase far away and came to help. I was surprised that he was so proactive! I had a good impression of him! The service was great when I checked in. The lobby is not the best, but please don’t worry! The front desk upgraded us to a 270℃ river view room, and the housekeeper sent us to the room for a detailed explanation. The service was very considerate and excellent! When I got to the room, I felt that the price was really worth it, plus the service, the hotel hardware facilities, and then reviewed the detailed service during the hotel, full of thoughtfulness! Dare to ask what kind of fairy hotel is this? ? ? ? ? When we left the hotel, we met the handsome butler in the lobby, who warmly escorted us to the car. The one who impressed us the most was the doorman, who helped us carry our luggage as always. We also want to thank every employee of the hotel for their dedication. Finally, I want to say that I have stayed in many five-star hotels, but their services and facilities are really seven-star! I stayed in a suite at a seven-star hotel in Dubai a few years ago, and it didn’t feel as good as this one, to be honest! I secretly want to ask which big boss this is? I am convinced that he can train all the employees to be so excellent and have such strong internal motivation! It must be a seven-star praise!

I went to Tonglu Heartbeat Paradise on the weekend and stayed in the river view room of this hotel. The hotel is very new, the room is very clean, the river view is unbeatable, and the intelligence is very high. After inserting the card, the curtains automatically open, and the room starts playing music. There are also smart hair dryers and smart toilets. The service of this hotel is really amazing. When I entered the door to check in, Xiaolang, the assistant manager of the front office department, brought towels and tea. After checking in, she helped us pull the luggage and accompanied us all the way to the room. After entering the room, she introduced the various facilities and usage methods of the room in detail, and clearly stated which ones were charged and which ones were free. She handed over a business card and said that you can contact me at any time if you have anything. After lunch at the hotel, I went out to play. When I came back, fruits and tea were already prepared in the room. The men prepared green tea and the women prepared scented tea. After dinner, the floor waiter brought Tremella soup again, which tasted good. The hotel also has a car cleaning service for customers. When I woke up, the security guard had already cleaned the car. Every waiter I met in the hotel will take the initiative to say hello and greet you. When I left, the doorman took the initiative to move the luggage into the car. It was so considerate. This time, I would like to give special praise to the front office manager assistant Lang Yekai, the hotel security Nie Shun, and the doorman Xiao Hong. At the same time, there are two shortcomings: 1. The bathroom can be equipped with a large basket so that the used towels can be thrown directly into it. 2. The taste of the Hong Kong-style restaurant can be improved. There are fewer varieties and the taste is also average.

The room is clean and close to the attractions, very convenient. The complimentary fruit and Tremella soup are very good. The service staff are friendly and polite. The breakfast items are also delicious with a variety of choices. The tea restaurant on the first floor for dinner has many choices, large portions and reasonable prices. The hotel is right by the Fuchun River, with good air and trails for walking. It is a very good environment. Recommended for accommodation and dining.

The hotel is strategically located on the Fuchun River, making it convenient for travel. Opposite is Tongjun Mountain. It is really beautiful to climb to the top of Tongjun Mountain at night and look at the night view of the hotel. The room facilities are new, clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The breakfast is rich in variety. A housekeeper brought welcome fruits and Tremella soup. The hotel service is also very thoughtful. I received a call to inquire about my check-in needs before I arrived at the hotel, and received a return call after I left the hotel to ask if I arrived home safely. The two beauties at the front desk, Lang Yekai and Miao Chongyu, are enthusiastic, meticulous, and professional. In particular, Lang Yekai gave me good suggestions after learning about my travel itinerary, which made my three-day trip easy and time-saving. In short, I was super satisfied with the experience this time and it is worth recommending.

The hotel hardware is great. On the day of check-in, the concierge helped to take the luggage to the lobby. After checking in, Fan Di from the front office took the luggage and led us to the room. She also explained some equipment switches and instructions. Then the room butler Shao Aiqing sent fruit and chrysanthemum tea, and Deng Xiangju enthusiastically explained the beautiful scenery outside the window and the tour route, and added mineral water. After dinner, I walked back to the room. The butler Xie Xiuping made the night bed and sent Tremella soup. I was very satisfied with the hotel's service. In short, it was like home.
