This hotel is unexpectedly satisfying! I was only going to stay for one day, but after checking in and seeing the room, I decided to stay for another night. The front desk lady was warm and thoughtful, and gave us a free upgrade to a 270 river view king room. The front of the room faces the beautiful scenery of Fuchun River, and the view is invincible! The room facilities are all intelligent, which is great, and the operation is also easy. There is also a TV in the suite, which is a thumbs up! The room butler Shao Aiqing not only cleaned the room and provided very considerate services, but also sent fruit and sugar water on the day of check-in. I didn’t expect that warm and delicious sugar water and fruit were also sent the night before check-out, which was very heartwarming! The beautiful front desk lady Elina added WeChat and carefully informed the hotel of nearby attractions and hotel facilities and services. The most unexpected thing was that she also thoughtfully did a free external cleaning for our car. I have stayed in so many international brand hotels and have never enjoyed this service. What I want to say is that this private five-star hotel is really not inferior to the domestic first-line brand five-star hotels in terms of hardware and software. We just stayed in Hangzhou Xizi Hotel for three nights. We have stayed in Hangzhou State Guesthouse and Liuyingli before. Compared with them, except for the lack of courtyard, some other aspects are better than them. The breakfast is also great. Although the restaurant is not very big, it has many varieties, such as steamed oysters, stewed soup, fresh wontons, and fresh fried squid, which are hard to see in other big hotels. What is impressive is that the restaurant waiters are very warm and thoughtful. The supervisors of the restaurant are in place during breakfast time, carefully supervising every meal item. There are also many waiters, who clean the dining table in time, change the dishes and add food, which makes people feel the hotel management's attentiveness in every detail. If there is any shortcoming, it is that the stains on the carpet in the room are not cleaned up, which affects the overall comfort of the room. It needs to be treated with a powerful detergent. I will choose to stay here next time if I have the chance.

Stayed at Junyue Hotel for two days. I have stayed in many hotels over the years. The service and facilities of Junyue are amazing. The car parked in the parking lot for self-driving tours, the security guard washed the car for free at night and left a warm handwritten note (Figure 1, 2). The floor housekeeper brought red bean soup at night and left a handwritten note (Figure 3). I went to the scenic spot during the day and came back at night to find that the floor housekeeper took the initiative to hang the washed and dried clothes on the clothes drying rack (Figure 4). The room facilities are high-end, the bathroom and decoration materials are exquisite, and the feeling is very good (Figure 5). Suddenly I felt that the service style here is completely different from those foreign brand hotels. Here is a gentle, respectful, frugal and down-to-earth national style. Handwritten notes, considerate service, and soft service tone... are more national and better than foreign brand hotels. It complements Tonglu County, which has the strongest sense of happiness. People say that Zhejiang is rich in the people, and the corresponding spiritual realm and corresponding soft power are also in the people. The fellow travelers we traveled with this time all had the above feelings and gave Tonglu Junyue a thumbs up👍

It's better than expected, location + facilities + service + price are all good. First of all, the location of the hotel is amazing. It is close to the Fuchun River, on the side of Tongjun Mountain, across the river. No matter where you go along the river, it is very eye-catching. The hotel room facilities are also quite good. Unexpectedly, the river view room was upgraded from 180° to 270°. It feels like more than just an extra window. It is a complete suite, with a bright and gorgeous living room plus a bedroom with a bathroom, surround background music, a rest area and a tiger chair sofa by the window, the green Fuchun River and the snow-white Tongjun Tower are in sight, and the relaxing atmosphere is full. At night, the lights on the other side are also beautiful. A real view room. The service is even better, starting with the guest room welcome, welcome fruit and tea, help with drying clothes, bathtub cover and bubble bath, and sweet soup in the evening. In particular, the bed was made again after going out for a while in the afternoon. Xiaoye and other service staff who received the reception that day were very thoughtful. I was catching the early high-speed train, and I was also given a large breakfast. In short, it is considerate. Finally, the price is great, the cost performance is amazing, which makes the trip to Tonglu soar.

The hotel that has been lying in the favorites for 3 years😍 This time, I finally stayed in Tonglu for the Goddess Festival. The 180-degree river view room has a panoramic view of the beautiful spring river. The Tongjun Mountain on the opposite bank is starry at night, which is very beautiful. The hotel's housekeeper, Miss Lang, enthusiastically introduced the room facilities and dining times to us, and also sent latex pillows and welcome desserts👍 Listening to French chansons, tasting ☕️, watching the beautiful sunset, and relaxing. The hotel's breakfast is very distinctive, and the Chinese soup varieties are comparable to lunch. The special scallion pancakes and radish and mutton soup are delicious, the chicken soup wontons are also good, and there are oysters😁 The only drawback: the lights in the lobby are too dim, which does not match the overall temperament of the hotel. After all, it is a facade, and this money cannot be saved😂
