完全自助式，無任何服務，到店看不到人影，都得打電話才會出現，房間衞生沒做，床很硬，很山寨。沒有鑰匙沒有門卡，感覺像是一年沒人住沒打掃，問是不是忘記做房間衞生了，説看看，也沒解決，溝通很費勁，因為行李多就湊合住了一晚，有史以來住過最臟的店，衞生都趕不上農家樂。想不明白這麼臟還不讓穿鞋上樓，得換拖鞋，很不方便。不知道好評怎麼來的。#服務

#好評#對鄰近店舖，酒店氣味，交通方便程度，房間大小，房間佈局，鄰近活動滿意；非常棒的一家名宿。干净卫生。老板人也超级好。忘记钻戒在房间里了帮我找回邮寄给我。非常感谢。里面娱乐设施齐全。离滑雪场也很近。一趟很舒心的旅行。
