The hotel environment is a selling point, and the view from the room terrace is simply unbeatable! The barbecue food provided in the camping theme room is unexpectedly delicious. Because I complained about something, the employee on duty was very polite and suggested that the manager on duty, Lambert, call me. Lambert is also very professional and understands the guest's situation and arranges improvement measures. There are few choices for dinner and low value for money. The breakfast croissant is good, but the dishes are small and lack of vegetable choices, which needs to be improved. The sheep can't go out to the grass on rainy days. I look forward to visiting them next time!

The overall environment is OK, but there are many problems. 1. The swimming pool is equipped with adult bathrobes but not children's bathrobes. Since there is no restriction on children's entry, it is obvious that children who swim well need bathrobes more. There is no toothbrush. 2. The hardware in the hotel shower room suddenly fell and hit the instep. 3. At first, the children's toiletries only took toothbrushes and slippers. After calling again, they were given shampoo and shower gel. The service awareness is lacking, and it feels hidden. 4. The water provided for the room fee of two or three thousand is just ordinary bottled water with its own label, which does not match the hotel star rating. 5. Although the hotel is large, the facilities related to children are not complete, and there are almost no activities for adults and children. 6. Byredo is the brand of toiletries used by the hotel. I have not seen shampoo and conditioner produced by this brand in the counter and flagship store. 7. There is an excavator under construction next to the hotel, which is a bit noisy in the morning. 8. The hotel's duty manager is not bad, but the girl at the reception desk standing there shaking her legs affects the hotel's image. 9. The glass next to the hotel shower room makes a creaking sound when you open the door gently, which is a great safety hazard. 10. There are many flies floating on the surface of the hotel's indoor swimming pool. From the perspective of being in the water, the ground looks very dirty. 11. There was no need to scan the code and fill out the health form when going swimming in the afternoon of the first day, but it was required to scan the code and fill it out in the morning of the second day. It can be seen that the hotel's standards are not strictly enforced. This is only when there are no tourists using the swimming pool in the off-season, and the hygiene in the peak season is worrying.

The butler Jimmy has a very good attitude and is very proactive in service. The overall experience is very good. The scenery is good, the service is good, and there are cute alpacas. It is recommended to drive there. I will come again next time if I have the chance.
