差評！！！原因如下：
1. 訂這個民宿的原因就是看中陽台房，結果入住的時候我的房間給了別人，別人已經入住，又不可能讓別人搬走，衹能忍了，民宿經理電話説看我們住兩晚，就把大的房間留給我們，説第二天客人一早退房，我們再挪過去。真是胡扯，犯了錯不承認錯誤，還找理由，第二天阿姨解釋説她第一天來，不熟悉，把房間開錯了
2. 説好的陽台房客人一早搬走幫我們把東西搬過去，結果我中午十二點準備回去午休，打電話詢問是否搬過去，反饋説客人要下午兩點才走。好吧，那衹能等。等到兩點客人走了，結果客人東西沒收拾就出去玩了，房間亂七八糟，還有兩衹貓，地上還有貓砂。我很無語，為什麼不提前跟客人溝通好。無奈我衹能又出去玩，麻煩阿姨把東西給我挪過去。當時我給阿姨強調過不衹三次，讓她把陽台房的清潔一定做乾淨，她答應得很好。結果晚上回來地上還有貓砂，到處都是腳印，地根本沒拖！桌子手一摸都是灰！客人用過的牙刷都沒收走！給我氣得！！！！！無奈我又衹能再搬回原來的房間
3. 好好的旅行，被這個民宿搞得影響心情。其他細節的地方都懶得一一説了，反正這個民宿阿姨一點都不靠譜，嘴上對自己誇誇其談，實際做事一塌糊塗！提醒各位謹慎入住

開門見山，房前有很大的院子和菜園，屋內實木傢俱，很有質感，老闆特熱情好客，春節期間還包餐，性價比槓槓滴，附近馬嶺古道，蘆茨村，石舍村，白雲源都不遠

地理位置不錯，前面看到有山，離富春江很近，步行幾百米就可以在岸邊看到，吃晚飯期間去溜達了一會兒。院裏也有很多農家作物可以觀賞，城裡人很喜歡這種調調，對於我這種本身就是鄉下人感觸並不深吧。美中不足的是早飯品種不是很多，寫着自助餐有點誇張，畢竟節假日價格在那裡，最不滿意的是，房間裏的拖鞋不是新的，鞋底是臟的，這會讓我想象其他的物品是不是乾淨？

位置很好找，房間跟照片一致，環境很好，樓下還有蔬菜小水果，老闆娘很熱情，晚上睡覺也很安靜，下次還會再來的～

吃相很難看。。。説三點：1.五一單間729元一晚的價格，一個房間門不能反鎖，一個帶娃的寶媽住，男老闆還説這是他家很安全不用反鎖，都晚上22點了還建議退房另找酒店，我們不同意最後還是修好了。2.房子隔音很差，關門聲音好響，一直説我們不要吵，第二天早上明白了，7點多3個5歲左右的孩子奔跑的像是有千軍萬馬，沒見老闆制止。3.早餐是人家吃剩的，見我們起來了也沒有收拾熱早餐，我們坐那等着熱早餐。我們是兩寶媽帶娃訂了2間，我們是乞丐投靠你嗎？沒花錢嗎？還是錢花少了？我真是**，開了眼了

我們一家人出遊定了兩個房間，酒店老闆人很好很熱情。住的房間乾淨整潔，大床睡得很舒服。酒店院子裏種了很多蔬菜和水果，有葡萄、桃子等等都可以免費採摘；酒店可以點餐吃飯，我們吃的菜都是老闆從地裏現摘的，很新鮮。我們點了一份炒雞是老闆自己散養的雞，現宰殺的，老闆親自下廚，炒雞很好吃肉質很好很新鮮。給個贊👍🏻

非常好的體驗，老闆人特別好，很好客，很真誠，很親切。自家的院子裏種了很多水果和蔬菜，老闆摘了桃子，無花果給我們吃，還幫我們削皮哈哈～～對了，他家的小狗狗“豆豆”也是特別好客，我們去了之後它就一直陪着我們，還帶我們去江邊看夕陽。一切都很舒服和放鬆！會推薦朋友來，也希望老闆越做越好，不忘初心～～

老闆服務周到，帶我看房確認滿意後，才辦理入住。床品乾淨，床墊軟硬合適。早飯乾淨衞生，老闆純手工做的包子，真的是美味，配上紅棗粥，清爽不油膩。
民宿周圍還有果園，種獼猴桃，小番茄，桃子等等，有種嚮往的生活感。贊!
