The staff is good but can’t speak English and difficult to communicate. The Wi-Fi was also not working. The lift was stinking.

Good sized, clean room with comfortable bed. Convenient location close to the river and shopping mall. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.

第一次入住，感覺挺好，性價比很高。酒店服務熱情，主要服務鈦度超級超級好😄 ，離富春江很近，吃飯方便，桐廬夜景非常不錯，不枉此行。愛了。

首先酒店位置很好，就在桐廬的商業中心，出入實在方便，到利時，大潤發，瑤琳路都很近，步行可到。走到江邊五分鐘。
服務也很好，很耐心，送了早餐。
早餐不錯，種類還是可以的，就是收盤子要跟上啊，打掃要加快z
房間設施新，但是不算太豪華，這個價格也不能要求這麼多，反正絕對很值這個價格，風景也不錯

前台送了我早餐券，讓我在攜程上給好評，還收了「好評按金」，但我實在在攜程上給不出這個好評，按金也不要了，希望大家多看看大眾點評的評價。這裏我中立的説一下吧：
好評部分：
（1）樂活家庭房房型圓形浴缸不錯，小朋友玩得很開心。
（2）30多塊錢的自助早餐性價比還是可以的。
差評部分：
（1）首先，樂活家庭房房型很奇怪，沒有客廳，直接主卧連着次卧，但是主卧沒有沖淋浴室、次卧沒有衣櫃，沒有備用被子，次卧床衹有1.5m沒法睡一家三口，建議至少放一張1.8m的大床。
（2）衞生：剛入住進入次卧衞生間，馬桶裏竟然有黃綠色的液體，噁心得不想拍照；小童帳篷底下的墊子比較臟，而且正反面顛倒鋪設的；
（3）隔音和環境：週日早上本想睡個好覺，樓下不知道什麼機器還是卡車一直在響，那聲音簡直震耳欲聾，7點多全家人都沒法休息了，窗户完全沒有隔音效果，形同虛設。説是免費停車，但是週六晚上根本找不到車位。客梯和貨梯共用，週六晚上時貨車卸貨佔著客梯導致我們一直無法進入電梯。
