1. The staff members are very nice and helpful.
2. The food at breakfast is tasty but we stayed 5 days so the food got boring after day 2. I have stayed at previous hotels where the menu is a little different everyday. They should consider doing something like that. Also breakfast is always cold.
There is not much food options outside the hotel which caused us to travel to the main city to get dinner.
3. The room is nice and decent but they can improve on the cleanliness of the outside corridors/ hallway. If you pay attention you’ll see a lot of cobwebs out there. We also had cobwebs in our room over the lights.
Overall not bad. But they can do more for the price.

There were spider webs everywhere in the room. When I lifted the quilt, I found my hair. I guess the last guest didn't change the quilt! The price is not cheap at all! The breakfast is not good either. In short, it is not worth the price!

🌸I booked a day in advance to bring my grandma to Tonglu for fun. I found the only five-star hotel nearby. To be honest, it doesn't look like a five-star hotel. However, it is worth mentioning that the service is very good. The front desk lady checked in very quickly, and there was a special clerk who helped to bring the luggage to the room, which was very good. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
🌸The breakfast is not rich, but the taste is quite good, enough to eat~ A few small suggestions, the hygiene of the room needs to be improved. I found a spider web on the top of the bed before going to bed yesterday, which is quite disgusting. 👿

A very bad hotel. My child had allergies after staying there for one night. The room was very bad and did not meet the five-star standard. I don't know how the official rated it as a five-star hotel. It is obviously an ordinary budget hotel.

The cleanliness of the bed in the room was average, with hair and other things. The bottle of shampoo and hand soap can be unscrewed. It is recommended to change it to the one in chain hotels, which requires professional tools to open. Other services are very good. The text of the room switch does not match the actual one. I guess the electrician installed it blindly, and the curtain switch did not respond. The bathroom exhaust fan switch was not connected correctly, and the exhaust fan noise was a bit loud
