非常差，房間沒有打掃，裏面還有狗糧，床單頭髮還在，淋浴間異味，而且風管機半夜特別特別吵，修了一次還是吵，從來沒有這麼離譜過

2024年3月23日下午兩點半左右入住該酒店，發現房間投影無法正常使用，報修前後共花費一個半小時。
修好後出門，再次回到房間依然無法使用。聯繫前台
後沒有得到有效反饋，最後協商換房，並約定退房時再次協商補償問題。新房間投影效果差，依舊無法使用；衞生差，應有的一次性物品沒有提供。體驗感極
差，從入住到退房近22小時內獲得的休閑時間甚至沒有報修、維修時間長。第二天協商時沒有得到滿意處理，商家補償僅 30元，並進行道德綁架，以老闆壓力、平台壓力為由闡述自己獲利少，要求賠償後不在電商平台發佈情況屬實的差評。商家獲利少不應成為剋扣消費者應享服務的藉口，不予合理賠償。現已將賠款退還，望得到合理的、包括精神損失在內的賠償。

1 一開始定的親子間，但圖片與實物不符，不是一個房型，要求換房間之後，後面幾天續住就用更高的價格住着不滿意的房間，錢花得更多了，房間還不是本來選的那間 2 衞生間一次性用品上纏着好幾根頭髮，要麼是之前客人的，要麼是打掃客房阿姨
3空調像拖拉機，很有規律的一直在響，響幾秒停幾秒 4窗簾沒有辦法拉到拐角 邊緣透光而且正對床頭，衞生間居然也有窗户，而且用的透光的窗簾。窗户在床的右邊，廁所在左邊，每天早上左右兩邊全有光照着5不長痘的兩個人雙雙爆了三四個痘 不排除是水的問題。

鐘點房前台一直打電話，房間有異味，牆上有污漬，前台一點不專業，不知道在哪請的老婦女，房間毛巾也都是破損的，房卡不插進房卡套一拿直接掉地下，登記時候邊聊天邊辦，態度極度敷衍，也是在北斗住過唯一一家需要按金的酒店，估計算是這一片酒店的地板了
