Hotel is in a very convenient location - 300 meters from the railway station, helpful for early morning trains.
The room itself was clean and had good updated accessories, but I think it was too small to claim itself as a "deluxe" room. Some road noise at night, but that was to be expected. The facade, and public areas need serious updating if they are to attract more guests.
