整體客服我覺得有點問題。入住前告訴我沒房了，別人續一天讓我改房間，這不是您管理問題呢？您不告知顧客還讓我們承擔後果，簡直了。後來，告訴我可以入住了。環境可以，建議準備一次性紙杯。
