超級大差評！當時入住訂了兩間房，其中有一間是訂給三位長者住的，結果那個房間淋浴是壞的沒法洗澡，第一天長者沒和我説，自己下去和前台溝通，説是可以到隔壁房間去洗澡，結果店員給開了隔壁的門之後房卡沒留，讓長者自己插張名片在電槽裏，導致整個洗澡過程中一直跳電。第二天我去和前台溝通時，前台表示淋浴房沒法修好，那我説你們設施有問題換個同類型房間吧，告知同類型房間沒有，給我看了同樣住三個人的房間，但是有一張床其實就是樓梯轉角的地鋪，還和我説要加錢，請問酒店給我了我一間有問題的房間，換房很正常吧，結果不加錢還不給換，就讓你住在壞的房間。第一天長者家也同意了酒店的方案，換來的就是在不停地跳電過程中洗澡，第二天設備維修不好，我要求換房間也正常吧，前台服務態度極差，一副死豬不怕開水燙的樣子，就是不解決，認為不能洗澡不是大問題…當時去的時候是8月份，8月份不洗澡身上不臭嗎？想問一下你們前台小姑娘是不用每天洗澡嗎？

房間還可以，我頭三天定的房間，居然沒給我下單，我到酒店後説沒有我的訂單，查了老半天，才找到，説不是她的班，還問領班給不給我開房，搞笑呢，我**頭三天定的房間都顯示完了，還問給不給開，要是不方便咋滴就不給開了唄，你要是當天定説沒有了不給開沒毛病，**提前好幾天訂完了，你告訴我不給開。下回鬼才去你家，就這服務，住了幾十家酒店從攜程訂的比你家好的不好的都沒要過按金。
