沒有吹風機，電視是壞的，沒有WiFi，在外面住的四十幾塊錢的招待所，都有WiFi吧。床頭插座衹有一個，充電線短的或者兩個人住充電特別費勁，整個樓道包括房間都黑的跟地下室一樣，摸黑找房間，我還以為我在**探險。在網上訂的是大床房，到了以後發現給我們的是兩個床的標間，小的發擠，換房了説都不説一聲?看我們是兩個女生好欺負嗎?下去換大床房告訴我們3樓沒有電梯，讓我們走樓梯去三樓?還沒有熱水，想將就，但住着真的憋氣。再次找前台換房還狡辯説大床房都沒有窗，那請問你們家酒店首頁大床房那一欄有窗户的大床房是怎麼拍出來的?第三次才換了有窗兩個床的房，咱就是説你家現在看起來也不像是旺季啊，而且2020年裝修的才兩年，也不是上個世紀的，差的這麼多嗎?外面看起來挺好的一個酒店連個像樣的房間都沒有，外面下着雨，屋裡的窗户都關不上。別管我花多少錢，那是攜程給的優惠，但是房間是你們自己的吧，就這?這個價錢我都感覺給高了。

服務態度特別差，我們一起去開兩間大標間，在網上看着很不錯，可是到酒店首先服務態度很差，我説先看下房，服務員就説沒房，後來我告訴他已經在網上定了了， 他才給辦理，明明酒店有房，我就在想為啥有生意不做，這樣的服務人員用不用也罷了，
