沒想到此行從西安自駕大東北，路過通遼住到了這麼好的酒店，房號223家庭房非常大，而且是T型房，大床和小童床之間用升降電視櫃隔開，互不打擾，衞生也非常好。早餐在六樓，有蒙古特色奶茶。門口停車場居然還有一架殲-6發動機，隨即掏出相機一頓拍，就用照片説話吧……

房間很棒，酒店前面停車位略微緊張，不過也可以停車馬路對面～ 酒店服務超級貼心，小哥可以的～
早飯品類很豐富，不過整體略鹹了一丟丟～
環境很OK，房間也大～唯**ug，隔音略差了一點點，睡前有一些細碎的聲音，不過睡著了就好了……囧……（這一趟內蒙古行發現了……隔音是所有酒店通病……都略差一點點……這麼一看……好像這個也不是問題）

酒店地理位置優越，停車位充足。設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔。前台服務熱情周到，主動幫助提行李並引導到房間，臨行送別比較温馨。早餐種類豐富，餐廳環境高雅。餐廳服務人員主動送餐，餐桌打掃及時。酒店部分工作人員在處理事務細節和經驗方面令人感到有些遺憾。

新酒店硬件方面沒挑兒，新且品質也不錯，衞浴、床品、燈光全都優秀。服務態度也是專業的，有禮貌、微笑服務、主動幫拿行李、洗衣取送服務。服務的質量就有待提高，實在是需要吐槽一下：1、我攜程兑換了提前入住（10點後），結果等到了11點，不知是否新酒店與平台配合欠默契還是別的原因，總之我既然兑換了這個服務，那肯定是因為自己行程的安排，會有這樣的需求，結果在大堂拖着行李和娃等了1個小時！2、8508號房間家庭房首先與洗衣房一牆之隔，結果進房後發現竟然與照片不符！！小孩就是看中了那個有屋頂的小童床，才訂的這個房間，結果竟然是普通床配卡通床單。後經過溝通和攜程客服介入，最終成功換到和圖片一樣的房間8504號，在健身房正對面、洗衣房斜對面。😂😂。但彼時已經下午13：30…。3、歡迎水果是我張嘴要的…

發自內心的好評！酒店開業不久，從進大門那一刻服務，衞生，感受都超級棒！衞生一塵不染，我們訂了兩間房，前台都免費給升級了房型，房間很大，床和枕頭都超級舒服，重點説下，早餐真材實料，豐富多彩，就因為這個酒店給這次通遼草原之行留下深刻印象，來通遼入住這裡會讓人心情愉悦！

服務很好，每個工作人員都特別有禮貌，特別熱情，主動服務性特別強，值得點贊，酒店環境，設施都很好，就是唯一希望改進的就是，晚上起夜時感應燈光太亮了，馬桶沖水聲音太大了，有些影響睡眠，其他什麼問題都沒有，車位很充足，市區打車不貴

這家酒店給我留下了非常美好的印象。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品舒適整潔，讓人住得很舒心。工作人員的服務態度特別熱情周到，總是面帶微笑，讓人感到賓至如歸。特別要推薦他們的自助早餐，品種豐富，尤其是現蒸的燒麥，皮薄餡多，味道鮮美，是我吃過最地道的。整體來説，無論是住宿環境還是服務質量都超出預期，性價比很高，強烈推薦給其他旅客，一定會再次選擇入住！

這次的酒店入住體驗，真的可以説是無可挑剔！辦理入住時，前台工作人員熱情又高效，不僅迅速安排好了房間，還貼心地遞上濕巾和檸檬水。房間佈置得温馨又舒適，採光特別好，床品柔軟親膚，晚上睡得超香。衞生間也打掃得一塵不染，洗浴用品的品質更是沒得説。早餐的種類豐富多樣，中西式餐點應有盡有，滿足了我們同行5人的不同口味需求，甚至午餐都省了😄酒店還提供免費的停車場，對自駕出行的人來説太方便了。下次出行，這家酒店依然會是我的首選！

酒店很有檔次，服務態度及貼心程度也非常滿意，自駕游到店會有服務員幫忙拿行李，退房也會一路送到門口，房間乾淨整潔，衞生間及淋浴間是完全隔開的倆間，非常滿意，衹選了早餐，餐廳非常有情調。
