來通遼必住的酒店！！！
前台非常熱情，讓人感覺非常有親和感
屋子收拾得非常整潔，用着很放心
還給提供了早餐，非常豐盛！而且樣式很齊全
另外表揚下：早餐是自助形式，還可以點單現煮的餛飩麪條～
酒店物品提供的非常齊全，還有冰箱，洗衣機，烘乾機～還免費提供洗衣液！

房間很乾凈，早餐不錯。地理位置也好，離火車站很近。服務人員熱情。樓下九中夜市和早市。小冰箱裏的水充足。攜程預訂的。拉開窗簾，驚呆了。看圖片。除了這一點。推薦入住的。第一次住全季，就是想和某朵比較一下。給的房間有點失望了。整體不錯

住店期間在客房礦泉水補給這件事上，體驗略顯波折。第一次致電前台説明小冰箱裏的水已喝完，對方迴應會安排送水，但等了半小時仍未送到，直到第二次打電話催促後才送來。
雖然最終解決了飲水需求，但兩次溝通+長時間等待的過程，還是讓人感覺酒店在客房服務響應效率和跟進意識上有所欠缺。對於趕車或想及時休息的住客來説，這種拖延確實影響體驗。
希望酒店能加強前台與客房服務的銜接，對客人提出的需求能更主動地跟進落實，畢竟細節服務才是留住客人的關鍵呀。
