作為巴中文旅集團旗下酒店，國有運營！充分體現了，完全按照體制內工作時間，按時上下班，前台工作人員周小梅，口譯。加另兩位男性工作人員！居然能理直氣壯的説，他們酒店的工作時間衹道晚上八點！**，同時理解，畢竟是國有企業，體制內員工嘛，按時上下班有錯嗎。有錯的是我們這些顧客，不應該在非上班時間打擾這些體制內工作人員！房間內部衞生就不説了，上一輪客人遺留的毛髮或一些不了描述的物體就不發照片了，免得巴中文旅集團發給我發律師函！説我偽造事實！整個酒店的公區環境！…地板就沒拍了…也許這個酒店才裝修完還沒做開荒保潔吧！#衞生#服務#房間設施

設施：整體硬件環境還是不錯的，房間也很大氣，就是軟件設施不是太完善，沒有漱口杯，廁所和淋浴室、洗漱台在電視劇後面，動靜分區，但是整個洗漱區凳子沒有，掛鈎沒有，洗了澡是沒法直接換衣服的，洗漱用品也很一般，最大的設施bug是，沒有電梯，我們住的二樓，行李靠扛，沒有服務員幫忙
衞生：房間很悶，進去就有兩衹大蜘蛛等着我們，小朋友是被嚇到了
環境：九個院子，院子與院子獨立的，還是很有質感
服務：這個是特別要説的，這個酒店的服務是我住過所有酒店裡麪最差的，前台小姐姐不知道家裡是不是有礦還是咋的，服務態度之差，問啥都愛搭不理，多問兩句就甩臉子，給她説了，有個小朋友，她在早餐劵上面就衹寫兩人，給她説了，有個小朋友，直接很不耐煩的説，衹有兩份，也沒有説小朋友是免費，還是多少身高需要補餐票，完全不説，直接甩一句，衹有兩份，最開始以為早餐很豐富，結果，衹有兩個小饅頭，一個雞蛋，一碟泡菜、和一碗綠豆稀飯，食堂的小姐姐也是非常強勢的，我先生和小朋友起晚了點，差不多9點多點點，食堂小姐姐直接懟起，時間過了，不供應了，最關鍵是啥，付費也吃不了，外面也沒有任何餐飲店，然後就衹有在車上找了兩個小麪包吃了填肚子，宣傳説是有餐飲，實際上下班很早，沒機會吃上付費餐飲，還有這個酒店對面的諾水河遊客中心也是個假遊客中心，進景區根本就不是從那裡進，是在5公里以外，温泉酒店是沒有温泉的哈，log打的24小時温泉是沒有的哈，前台小姐姐直接甩了句，沒開，然後也沒説原因，我是在**上看了的一個旅遊博主推薦的，新酒店，需謹慎

剛開始入住的時候有些小插曲，不過店家能夠改正就是好的。性價比很高，房間非常寬敞，願民宿管理者能借這麼好的硬件設施發展壯大起來，做出口碑，做出品質。

充分體現了國有運營的特色！到點上下班！一個酒店居然能告訴顧客，八點準時下班，前台！前台八點準時下班！前台人員周小梅（口譯）應該是正處級幹部吧！這個酒店應該是正部級單位運營！整體來説，讓我充分的體驗到了巴中市文旅集團的風氣和氛圍！同時，也讓我體會到我的不足，跟不上時代的腳步！今後我將努力提升，爭取能跟上市國有企業的經營步伐！

一、服務態度極差。二、房間臟，嚴重黴臭我們入住有點晚，晚上十點，到了之後發現床單上有血跡和不明黃色污漬，於是打電話問酒店客服，酒店客服二話不説質問我為什麼這麼晚打擾他，他所有員工都下班了，不可能有人給我換床單，並且不斷質問我為什麼這麼晚才説，但是當時才十點半，我問他不應該24小時都有工作人員嗎，萬一有人晚上入住怎麼辦，他們衹是回答我説，他們是小客棧沒這服務，但實際上我去過的大大小小的民宿都沒這種態度。之後還是找了人來我房間，一進來首先態度極差的説是**的，污衊説是我弄的血和不明黃色污漬，無語🙄，沒見過這種人，他們一直強調他們每天有換並肯定是我弄臟的。我説沒洗乾淨是你們要追究的問題，與我無關，我花了錢睡一個正常的乾淨的床單，這是合理訴求也是基本要求。那邊態度極差的抱怨很久，才同意給我換了。其次就是早上退房的時候，我在前台等很久也始終沒人，所以無法辦理退房。他們早上敲我房門還強調了12點之前不退房自動續費，這個我理解，所以我也在十一點多到了前台，但是空無一人，最後等了很久快到十二點了我才打了電話，那邊也是態度極差的讓我把房卡扔前台。總之，民宿的服務態度極差，出了問題不是解決問題，而是先栽贓到我身上，先把我罵一頓。

本來作為本地人，真誠歡迎外地遊客來巴遊玩，但是我自己體驗後真的不行，這個酒店修的中式，其實修得很漂亮，但是服務管理極差，温泉酒店沒有温泉，夏天有游泳池也不開放，晚上到的，路燈都捨不得開，大廳的燈都是能省就省，一路抹黑走到房間，房間裏沒有聯繫前台的固話，發現有蜘蛛就到處搜電話打前台，前台説那蜘蛛是吃蚊子的不咬人，就算不咬人，難道你不怕蜘蛛鑽到被窩或者鼻子耳朵裏嗎？害我一晚上睡不好，然後我想多要一把牙刷，前台説服務員下班了拿不了，讓我自己去布草間拿，第二天的早餐衹有饅頭雞蛋泡菜稀飯，我們吃完了想再要點泡菜，他們還捨不得給……我想説，口碑做不起來是有原因的，作為本地人，十分痛心！

在諾水河風景區附近的酒店，古典風格的院落，感覺不錯。酒店的設施，衞生，服務都挺好。逛完景區在這裏休息是個不錯的選擇，酒店斜對面有個不小的停車場，停車很是方便。温泉的水很不錯，泡泡很解乏。早餐過於簡單了些，過年期間衹有麪條。

這裏的早餐太拉垮了，衹有饅頭雞蛋和泡菜，並且一桌人就兩小碟泡菜，讓服務員再拿點，服務員很是不高興。衞生間有異味。簡直不想再來！
