設施：是傳統的老牌酒店設施，該有的都有
衞生：進房門發現地毯有一大塊水漬。建議加一塊吸水地巾就不會洗完澡拖着濕拖鞋走來走去的。毛巾太舊了，用的自己帶的
服務：很好沒得説，就是早飯結束太早沒吃上
環境：房間很大，晚上睡覺很安靜，11樓可以看日落

據介紹，這裡是同江僅有的兩家星級酒店之一，位置處在十字路口，交通比較方便，外觀還算不錯，停車免費但客多時要看運氣，酒店大廳還算可以，房間也較寬敞，早餐有熱菜。但讓人詬病的是房間內的衞生，實在是沒有星級酒店的水平，地毯上的碎屑都沒有清理，衞生間內也不清爽，浴室內估計就沒擦拭過，龍頭上的水垢還在，牆上的瓷磚已經鼓脹，有隨時脱落的危險，浴室門關不上，洗完澡外面都是水，衞生間門的下部已經都被泡的腐爛了，花灑也是堵的厲害，沒有清理過，給客人的用品既簡單又質量較差，毛巾不僅太舊了，兩條還不一樣，離星級酒店的標準相差甚遠，希望能有所改進

前台態度和服務生很不耐煩，我反饋的問題大概是這樣的，7月2號入住，床單子正常，7月3日我早上7點出門，晚上回來的時候屋子是被打掃過的，但是發現被子上面有多處油漬，我給前台打電話，表明早上走的時候被子是乾淨的，要求更換被罩，但服務員過來看了一下，説是上午打掃時未發現油漬，（説明油漬的產生是在打掃衞生之後和我回來之前），我的訴求很簡單，更換新的被罩就可以，到樓下找前台一直在推辭什麼，聽不清她説啥，就讓我先回來，回來後又等了半個小時我再次打去電話，被告知，除了我沒人進過我的房間，並承諾給換，你給換了，但是我想給你差評，因為你的語氣很不耐煩，我還有兩天的入住體驗，希望能不被針對！還有我想請問，可以把當天的監控給我看看嘛。

酒店位置很好，門口停車還算方便。酒店房間夠大，裝修設施偏老了，酒店不提供抽紙，可以收費購買，酒店沒有地巾，房間衹提供兩瓶水，早餐能吃飽，性價比還好吧。

前幾天住在公寓裏，正巧遇見這幾天氣温高，住的有點受不了。找到了該酒店，感覺像換了季節，房間很大，空調好，環境整潔，衞生乾淨，前台服務態度好，等回程後再來入住。

房間太老舊了，門窗破舊，地毯有灰，房間比較大，因為是旺季，價錢較高，在網上訂的，訂單上的備註都不看，想要安靜的房間，結果給安排到靠馬路的房間，噪音很大！問前台説是沒有房間了。問不是提前預訂的嗎，説是不看備註！

30年前這個酒店可能算比較好吧，放到現在就很難評，我衹能説，淋浴間我都沒敢進去，合衣睡了一宿。所有設施陳舊就不説了，地毯上輕輕一跺，能飛起一層灰……一定要避雷這家。
