設施：設施陳舊
衞生：衞生間門後有上一位客人的抹布，掉皮的天花板，傾斜的電視，有異味的馬桶，佈滿蜘蛛網的窗户，地毯上還有甲殼蟲，地漏裏全是臟的。
環境：環境非常差，與這個價位 完全不符，甚至不如去住50元的旅店都比這個要好。

我前幾天入住了這個酒店，體驗真的非常不錯。一進酒店大堂，就感覺特別寬敞明亮，裝修風格也很時尚大氣。前台工作人員服務態度特別好，熱情地幫我辦理入住手續，還詳細地介紹了酒店的各種設施和服務。房間非常乾淨整潔，床鋪柔軟舒適，枕頭高度也剛剛好，讓人一躺酒店。

房間是足夠大，倆人住富富有餘，門前能停車，但要自己找車位，趕上不好好停車的，車位就更少了，大堂和樓道挺乾淨的，就是燈光較暗，看起來有點壓抑。服務挺好的。

設施：是傳統的老牌酒店設施，該有的都有
衞生：進房門發現地毯有一大塊水漬。建議加一塊吸水地巾就不會洗完澡拖着濕拖鞋走來走去的。毛巾太舊了，用的自己帶的
服務：很好沒得説，就是早飯結束太早沒吃上
環境：房間很大，晚上睡覺很安靜，11樓可以看日落

據介紹，這裡是同江僅有的兩家星級酒店之一，位置處在十字路口，交通比較方便，外觀還算不錯，停車免費但客多時要看運氣，酒店大廳還算可以，房間也較寬敞，早餐有熱菜。但讓人詬病的是房間內的衞生，實在是沒有星級酒店的水平，地毯上的碎屑都沒有清理，衞生間內也不清爽，浴室內估計就沒擦拭過，龍頭上的水垢還在，牆上的瓷磚已經鼓脹，有隨時脱落的危險，浴室門關不上，洗完澡外面都是水，衞生間門的下部已經都被泡的腐爛了，花灑也是堵的厲害，沒有清理過，給客人的用品既簡單又質量較差，毛巾不僅太舊了，兩條還不一樣，離星級酒店的標準相差甚遠，希望能有所改進

去俄羅斯風情園、同江邊都方便，門口就是共享電單車停放處，騎個小電驢四處吃喝玩太方便了！

前台態度和服務生很不耐煩，我反饋的問題大概是這樣的，7月2號入住，床單子正常，7月3日我早上7點出門，晚上回來的時候屋子是被打掃過的，但是發現被子上面有多處油漬，我給前台打電話，表明早上走的時候被子是乾淨的，要求更換被罩，但服務員過來看了一下，説是上午打掃時未發現油漬，（説明油漬的產生是在打掃衞生之後和我回來之前），我的訴求很簡單，更換新的被罩就可以，到樓下找前台一直在推辭什麼，聽不清她説啥，就讓我先回來，回來後又等了半個小時我再次打去電話，被告知，除了我沒人進過我的房間，並承諾給換，你給換了，但是我想給你差評，因為你的語氣很不耐煩，我還有兩天的入住體驗，希望能不被針對！還有我想請問，可以把當天的監控給我看看嘛。

酒店位置很好，門口停車還算方便。酒店房間夠大，裝修設施偏老了，酒店不提供抽紙，可以收費購買，酒店沒有地巾，房間衹提供兩瓶水，早餐能吃飽，性價比還好吧。
