本人從雪具大廳租借一枚頭盔，按金和費用共計540元，租借當天下午歸還，按金到第二天還沒退回。遂諮詢萬峯客服，答覆説房卡退了退頭盔按金，於是我去酒店前台退了房卡，繼續等，按金仍然沒退，此時酒店前台工作人員未經核實，口無遮攔，污衊本人未歸還頭盔。期間電話溝通多次，十分影響遊玩心情。我電話聯繫雪具大廳經*系統核實*已經歸還，告知前台，前台工作人員又顛倒黑白，更改説辭，説是因他們溝通説客人肯定還了才退我按金，此時我還沒説雪具大廳系統查到的。入住該酒店請做好被污衊人格的心理準備，以及在滑雪全程需要教明白他們如何和雪具大廳配合工作的業務水平。該瑞士酒店與以往住過的瑞士酒店風格很不一樣，將小肚雞腸演繹的淋漓盡致。很多基本的細節缺憾懶得贅述了。也是被更大的bug蓋過了。望酒店加強對工作人員專業素養的培訓。
