衞生：非常惡劣 臟亂差 床墊外露都是灰 床單護褥都有不知名漬 還有各種毛髮 挺噁心 床上一拍全是灰
環境：裝修什麼的都非常差 換下來的床單被罩就在外面地上隨便一扔
設施：電腦配置也不行 非常掉幀
服務：完全沒有服務 差到不行 開放的時候死活不給房卡 退房的時候非管你要房卡才能退按金 不理解 前台態度極差 跟你欠她錢一樣 客人有需求想先上下洗手間馬上就下來辦 其他同行人都在下面辦 就是不同意 讓你憋着 一點人性都沒有
總結 沒住過這麼差的！花錢找罪受

房間比較整潔 電腦也還行 玩絕地求生不卡 服務態度也可以 我們原先訂的兩人間 後來又有朋友來了 想換三人間 也比較耐心的給辦理講解怎麼升三人間

真是被無語到，耳機拉在酒店了，因為著急走求幫郵寄，表明願意付款費用，着急用盡快幫郵寄，一直到下午的19點多打電話詢問是否郵寄告訴我明天郵寄，我表示自己叫快遞明天上門取麻煩把耳機交給快遞小哥，告訴我沒問題，第二天我自己叫快遞上門取耳機告訴快遞小哥不知道，沒有！我又打電話聯繫才算把耳機郵寄出來，深刻認識到了貴司的服務精神，為什麼要幹服務行業呢，給顧客帶來了多少不便和困擾，是顧客沒有付款費用嗎？衞生那門後都不知道幾波客人的煙頭子是給新顧客的見面禮嗎？服務垃圾，超級垃圾！！！
