房間很好，入住感受佳，前台工作人員非常熱情，工作很認真，前台佟姓小姐姐還為我們介紹了通化城市的特色景點跟餐食，非常滿意。

由於行程的變化，臨時定的酒店，入住後發現遠遠超出了預期。房間乾淨整潔，服務人員專業素質很強，還發生了一件讓人暖心的事兒。退房後已經離開酒店100多公里，發現錢包落在了酒店房間，聯繫酒店後，服務人員第一時間幫忙找回了錢包，因為現金不能快遞，服務員把錢存在卡里，微信轉賬給了我，過程中一直都很耐心溝通，問題迅速得到了解決。出門在外難免有疏漏，但能遇到這樣的人，很是感動！給酒店的服務人員大大的贊👍🏻

接待的工作人員就特別熱情，辦理手續時耐心又周到，讓人感覺特別親切。入住過程中，不管是客房服務還是遇到其他工作人員，態度都特別好，有求必應，細節處能感受到滿滿的用心。房間乾淨舒適，設施也都很完善，住得很踏實。整體來説，貼心到位的服務，絕對值得推薦，下次有機會還會選這裏！
