辦理入住和保潔人員以及温泉服務人員，態度都特別好，環境優美，
但是！！！但是！！！
今天辦理退房的服務人員態度極差，穿灰色西服，有點瘦的女服務人員，拉個臉，我問按金怎麼退，就不耐煩的回覆我，我沒聽清，又不耐煩的説一遍，體驗感因為這個人變得極差，她心情不好就別來工作了。

非常好，温泉很好，早餐豐富，環境很好，房間衞生乾淨整潔，屋裡有温泉，酒店也贈送温泉票，温泉那邊水非常好，淋浴間也有温泉大池，前台服務人員專業認真。

房間通過天井上面的天窗採光，但是天窗打不開，屋裡麪很悶，小泡池還不錯挺好，温泉手牌入住的時候就給了，但一定要在退房之前去泡温泉，退了房手牌就失效了，我們是入住第二天上午去泡的温泉，時間有點趕，下回還是入住當天就去泡温泉吧。早餐還不錯，不過家庭房也衹含兩人的早餐，孩子個子高的還得另買。酒店附近開車十分周左右就有采摘園，泡完温泉再去採摘園也不錯

拉圖酒店每次回來都住這裏，酒店房間很大，還有獨立辦工桌，很乾凈，衞生條件很好，讓人很放心，設施設備齊全，在三樓還有健身房，除了沒有泳池之外剩餘都很完美，真是太棒了，早餐也很豐盛，中餐西餐都有，還有當地的特色小吃，房間的WiFi都是獨立的，網速飛快還很安全，這家酒店最大的特點就是服務好，他們從前台到客房服務員都很熱情禮貌，尤其是前台的王經理，人好還熱情，還幫我做了升級服務，非常的熱情，總而言之我這次入住非常滿意

酒店設施不錯，挺乾淨的，酒店部服務人員也挺熱情的，洗浴部規定每人一條浴巾這個事多少顯得有點不大氣了，工作人員説浴巾供不上所以一人一條，還責怪我沒拿好浴巾這個事讓我是真的很不舒服，那男浴的浴巾都是隨便拿，女浴怎麼就不行了呢？二樓餐飲部食物種類建議多增加點，像我們這次吃的比較晚，基本沒飯了，點外賣也是配送時間長，所以建議酒店可以增加一些吃的。

1.價位非常親民，酒店加門票很划算，地點也好找，停車場很大很好找位置。酒店辦理入住和温泉不是同一個前台，從酒店那邊可以直接下1樓2樓去玩，很方便。人少不擁擠，不用佔什麼位置。
2.酒店設施齊全，乾淨衞生，智能馬桶，乾濕分離，房間裏的温泉池子略微臟，也看不到什麼外邊景色，私隱性倒是很好。客房服務的哥哥姐姐們態度挺好的。
3.温泉：室外温泉很適合拍照，湯池挺大，温度很高不會很冷。室內温泉處有酸臭味，可能是排水系統排風系統不太好吧。
4.吃的東西平均比正常價格貴10塊左右，水比正常貴幾塊錢，感覺還算合理。推薦鋁盆烤肉，麻辣燙。早餐還湊合。客房服務態度是真的很不錯。
5.搓澡是49起，床邊沒有淋浴頭洗頭不太方便，搓澡阿姨比較願意推薦套浴，拒絕了以後感覺有點不太認真搓澡了。
6.造浪是1:30-2:00（必須戴泳帽）雙龍滑梯是2:30-3:00開放，雙龍滑梯有點嚇人，膽小恐高的別玩。
tip：可以自己帶水，帶孩子的比較多休息大廳基本不太安靜，女賓浴巾衹給一條不允許換新的，男賓那邊隨便拿，這一點不太理解，希望改良一下。
