幫忙辦入住的前台小姐姐服務特別周到，微笑服務 禮貌熱情 很親切，還提醒早上市政施工時間並送了耳塞。
酒店位置也不錯到萬達開車兩分鐘，吃飯看電影簡直不要太方便！
房間打掃的很乾凈，床頭也是一塵不染給客房的衞生點贊。床、枕頭舒適度也很奶思！酒店的送餐小機器人小孩特別喜歡。
管理人員認真負責態度積極有耐心，再到通化還會來，嗯~期待下次能看見後廚服務的整體提高。

特別好的新開業的酒店，為此我向朋友們進行了推介。但不知道為什麼，拍餐廳遭到工作人員制止，這樣的事，在四季、麗思卡爾頓、帆船酒店都沒遇到過。

離萬達一千米以內，酒店挺新，硬件不錯，中央空調挺好用，入住有送切水果，床墊挺舒服，軟硬枕頭，比如家，錦江強很多，通化本地人，家裡停水住的酒店，還續住一天，比較滿意

進店感覺很温馨，服務人員很熱情，我行李比較多，主動幫我把行李送到了房間。房間做了無煙處理沒有異味，客房衞生做的的很好，乾淨又整潔。下次還會選擇
