酒店非常好，特別滿意，毛巾有點發黃不要緊，有味道也不要緊，咱不用，空調不能用，不要緊，有電褥子，電褥子不熱不要緊，能挺着，

位置很好，就在火車站旁邊，賓館的窗户就對着鐵路的鐵軌。適合背包客臨時過夜。
看門的大爺人很好。
價格不貴，但有一個問題就是衞生太差，我最不能接受的是桌子上有一根煙燒滅之後完整的煙灰。

這家酒店就是黑心酒店，我是9月30號晚上在車上訂的酒店，想在下火車就過去看，我關注到了1號六點之前不得退房，所以我就五點去了那家酒店，看了下情況不對我就要退房，結果我看手機下單那裡沒有顯示退房，是已入住我人都還沒到就已經給我辦好了入住了，這邊要求他退房他還態度非常不好，總之就是這三天酒店住也好不住也好就已經是板上釘釘的事了。我真沒想到通化會有這種人，我一個外地人想在通化玩幾天，第一天來就感受這樣的通化人的待遇，讓我怎麼相信通化這座城市，這家酒店真的不要去訂不要去網上下單，因為你衹要下單了他那邊就給你安排入住，也就是説不需要你去用身份證辦理入住也可以，我就是住都沒在那住，白白給他騙走了三天的房費，他肯定開心死了，我找了同程旅遊客服，他對客服也是同樣的態度，這種人衹看眼前這點錢都有必要去欺騙嗎，人品這麼差他以為衹是個人，沒想過一個外地人來這遇到這種事對這座城市的影響帶來多大的影響，他***想嗎，最後我找了客服也沒辦法，客服給我補償了100塊錢，這家店誰去誰倒黴，真的去了就知道這些圖都是假的，不要在這下單相信我，這些好評都是他個人發的！這家店就讓他自己在那發黴發爛，黑心商家，真的是黑心！遠離
