Perfect location and very quiet. The rooms had too much cigarette smell even though they were non smoking rooms. Other than that, very comfortable.

This is my first time staying in a hotel alone. To be honest, I was a little scared. But I was very satisfied with the hotel's service, the surrounding environment, and the cleanliness of the room. Every staff member spoke softly and smiled. Because the room was large, I woke up in the middle of the night with a cold and called the front desk (because the air conditioner was on and the noise made me unable to sleep). The staff was very considerate and sent me a bed and quilt without being impatient. The breakfast was delicious.

The room is nice. Many people who ski here stay here. It's a 15-minute drive from the ski resort. The breakfast is good. In addition to air conditioning, there is also an electric heater in the room, which is very good for drying clothes. Especially after staying for two days, every front desk service is very good. There are afternoon tea and cocktails for members. I think it's worth staying here
