The soundproofing of the hotel is quite poor. You can clearly hear the voices of the guests next door at one or two o'clock in the middle of the night. I called the front desk and asked the guests to speak lower. The front desk agreed but did not go upstairs to stop me. I do not recommend this hotel.

The sanitary conditions are poor. I booked three rooms. The slippers in one room were broken, there was no drinking water in one room, and there was no place to hang clothes in one room. The carpet was dirty and smelly, and the windows were not soundproofed and it was too noisy.

After staying in so many hotels, this is the first time I heard that if the floor is dirty, a cleaning fee of ten yuan will be deducted. Do I have to clean it myself after spending more than one hundred yuan for a night? What weird reason? No wonder the room smelled weird. It turned out that the housekeeper didn't bother to clean, and was focused on cheating customers out of their deposits. I've stayed at their house many times and will never stay there again.
