早上9點出房間就基本沒有早餐了，早餐的服務員已經自己在吃了，問的話愛理不理，原因就是你應該早點出來吃，後面來的人基本都沒有吃的，最後下碗麪兑付了下，如果9.00以後沒有吃的，可以把早餐就餐時間改為9.00以前，這樣我會早點出來

縣城裡可選擇的好酒店實在是有限幸好發現了這家才開業幾個月的凱里亞德酒店前台服務不錯，房間面積挺大，有沙發，有餐桌，有智能語音控制。為什麼給差評呢？因為這家酒店的早餐太垃圾了，7:30到9:30總共供應時間不長，但是9:05左右到餐廳已經沒什麼了，衹剩餃子麪條可以吃，酒店自稱單加58一份的自助早餐衹剩煮餃子。。然後兩個超雄服務員態度極其惡劣，大家欣賞一下一個自稱星級酒店的服務員語錄，沒有添油加醋都原話：拿出早餐卷，自覺一點我不可能單獨給你做（實際上短短兩分鐘內已經有3位其他客人抱怨沒東西吃了）誰讓你不早點下來，你早點來就有的吃了有啥吃啥啊，你還什麼都想要其他都做得挺好，要是這樣的早餐服務，這樣的員工把自己店拖垮了實在不值得。春節帶家人旅遊自駕到懷化通道縣

位置好，出行非常方便，樓層又高，視野很好，而且一點也沒有感覺到街上的噪音，還可以看到通道縣的美景，真的很棒👍🏻工作人員也很熱情耐心有禮貌，整體環境衞生整潔明亮，房間還有智能聲控天貓精靈，放音樂調鬧鐘
