前台態度超級差，我用積分換了免費升級房型，到了現場就是滿房了沒得換，提前預訂的房間也不是挨着的，這點倒是可以理解，但是接連被很生硬冷臉拒絕，不是很舒服。提出想多要一張電卡，也被拒絕，後來溝通之下，讓我們付了50塊按金，退房的時候再返回50元現金，在當下的住宿行業，確實比較標新立異了。衞生和設施環境都還可以，下午有銀耳茶送，這點很貼心。

停車場充足，電視、wifi、熱水、空調好用，旅行出差推薦。衞生間裝修質量有些差，水管漏水，酒店門前是條單行道，別走錯。

洗澡水放好久，水特別小，沒見過這麼小的，淋浴頭衹能調成最小一撮撮中間出水模式，依然沒有什麼水壓軟軟趴趴的一小股水，其次一直沒有空調説是沒到集中供暖的時候，真的很凍人，洗澡本來就水小讓人冷哇哇的，洗完直接感冒發燒，真的服，然後投影儀也很差勁，特別昏暗且卡，關了燈也根本沒法看，後來用手機看了，特別失望，房間也很臟地板牆壁都是污漬，被子還爛倆洞。。。。服，忘記拍照了

我們旅遊路過銅川，偶然遇見這家灑店，沒想到住宿體驗不錯哦。酒店的各方面都很好，就是被子有點厚。但他家的早餐很棒哦！品種繁多，口味好。

銅川未來生活酒店位置在新區，停車有自己的後院，車位很多，前台工作人員服務熱情，房間寬敞，床上用品乾淨，但衞生間的細節地方設施舊了，不是太乾淨，洗澡水要流出來，早餐還不錯，在快捷酒店來講是比較豐富了。

中央空調不開，房間裏面熱的要死，窗户衹能開一條縫隙，透不過氣。最需要吐槽的就是衞生間裏的馬桶沒有一次性坐墊，床單枕套也是破的，房間裏面有的燈也是壞的。

酒店有自己的室外停車場，住店客人報車牌號不收費，前台工作人員比較熱情，認真，房間寬敞，床品乾淨，就是衞生間設施比較一般，酒店早餐比想象中好好多，總體來説還不錯！
