前台業務水平低下死板、不懂得變通，定成了雙床房前台不能直接更換成大床房需要取消重新預訂，隨後取消重新定了前台告知我定的大床房房型住不了再清洗地毯？？？你們清洗地毯住不了為什麼還要在平台開放這個房型的窗口呢？定了説住不了這個房型的所有房間再清洗地毯？清洗地毯住不了就不能免費往上升一個房型嗎？前台還一直引導在線下預訂，是因為線下預訂酒店可以節省平台服務費嗎？我沒有線下定所有故意為難？（最後聯繫了平台前台給所謂的領導打了電話才給升級的），這點小事前台都做不了主？更可笑的是好不容易給我開好了房間上去一看是個臟房，房間還沒開始打掃是在玩我嗎？連個道歉都沒有。房間內衹有兩瓶廉價礦泉水（對礦泉水品牌沒惡意）打電話跟前台説需要額外提供一瓶前台告知需要付費（房間內並沒有消費價目表）住過n多酒店第一次遇到服務差衞生差連礦泉水都要收費的酒店！
