The environment really has nothing to say about it. The sky is so blue that it's refreshing, and it feels like a paradise. The sanitation and facilities of the hotel are also very good. The only thing that makes people feel very dissatisfied is that when we checked in, we went to the hotel front desk after 12 o'clock and were asked Check-in can only be done after 14:00. After waiting for two hours, we checked in with four children around 6 years old and a baby less than half a year old. We found that two rooms had not been cleaned at all. We rushed ourselves. The RV housekeeper came to clean up the room. It was not until 15:30 that someone came to clean up the room. When we checked out, we were asked to check out before 12 o'clock. The previous guest checked out at 12 o'clock and it was not until we checked in. 14 o'clock, what are you doing for two hours? ? We didn't move in until almost 16 o'clock, and no one said sorry. Do you think that's normal? And there is only one tarpaulin for sunshade in the corridor in the middle of the dome tent terrace. I asked the staff and they said they only had one. They moved a few large cardboard boxes and I didn’t know what they were for. In the corridor, it was not demolished and occupied a large area. Later I found out that it was a table and chairs. . . . The location of the hotel is good, but the service is really bad. The little girl who was on duty at the front desk around 8 a.m. on the 20th when we extended our stay left a very bad impression on people. She spoke very stiffly and had no sense of service. It felt very bad. If it weren't for the proximity to the ski resort, I wouldn't stay here again.

從前台和餐廳的服務員到房間保潔大姐都非常熱情，服務也非常人性化，遠超出這個價位酒店的標準，不愧是紅色小鎮。酒店周邊也很漂亮，但是設施就有點差強人意了，地毯感覺有幾十年沒清洗了，洗手間也是有異味的，不是打掃的問題，是太陳舊了，感覺是管道返臭。房間窗簾的隔光層都爛了。還有就是千萬別把房卡丟了，一張50。酒店點餐的飯菜不錯，性價比很高，服務人員也特別的貼心，早餐有點寒酸了。

房屋乾淨整潔，酒店服務員都很不錯，對小朋友很友好，停車方便，從酒店去雪場開車十分鐘內。晚餐味道不錯，價格合理，早餐也很豐富，推薦入住。

春節期間入住的，性價比高，很多帶娃去滑雪的家庭。服務很好，超出預期
