The location is convenient, the staff are friendly and helpful. When we found the room first assigned was full of cigarettes odor, they took us around to find a clean one. The breakfast is below our expectation based on our experience with other hotels.

到銅川出差入住和頤酒店，首旅大品牌支撐，酒店很不錯，掛耳咖啡要表揚，一杯香濃美式，是我喜歡的感覺。整體服務很好，房間也很乾凈，客房阿姨也很熱心，泡在面盆裏的襯衫幫我洗好晾乾，這個用心的洗衣服讓我很感動必須點個贊，前台小姐姐很暖心，外面送來的姨媽巾，貼心幫我送來了暖陽茶，總之是一次温暖入住體驗，也非常感謝

來考試的，第一次住這個酒店，環境不錯，位置很好找，房子很大，停車場很大，隨便停，早餐種類也很多，下次如果到新區了還過來在這家酒店住。

🌈裝修風格：一進店被大廳的博古架所吸引，陳列了銅川非遺耀州瓷，搭配酒店的中式復古設計風格，具有濃厚的文化韻味。酒店大堂配備了茶水，潤喉茶和暖陽茶，是我喜歡的樣子。 🏘房型/佈局：我們入住了酒店的商務大床房，2米大床自由翻滾，床墊硬度適中很舒服。洗漱台的化粧鏡🪞是我最喜歡的，非常出片，愛了愛了。高級感十足。 🧹隔音/衞生：房間乾淨衞生，床鋪整潔，搭配淡藍色的床旗和抱枕，整體房間顯得格外清新淡雅。滿滿的細節感。[Cute] 🎯配套設施：房間配備了高檔的掛耳咖啡，這是很少見的，老闆真是捨得，早晨起床先喝一杯咖啡☕，喚醒一天的好心情，酒店還提供洗衣服務，有高檔的洗衣房，看了一下洗衣機的牌子是LG，這一套下來聽説也得三四萬呢，品質沒得説[強] 💰人均消費：新店開業，整體房價適中，前台小姐姐親切的給我們送了早餐，服務沒得説。 💗其他tips：早餐時間是7點30分～10點鐘，睡個懶覺也不影響吃早餐，餐廳阿姨的一碗臊子麪讓我回味好久。好店推薦給大家！
