A very bad experience, the staff is very unprofessional! I don’t know the contents of the customer’s order, and I probably didn’t explain anything to the front desk. The most annoying thing is that I booked a room for two days and went out the next morning. When I came back in the afternoon, the room was not tidied. The reason was that I didn't inform the hotel when I left and planned to tidy it up after 4pm because I was afraid of disturbing the guests' sleep. ! It’s so weird, who can sleep until four in the afternoon and then get up again! There is a foot bath shop on the second floor of the hotel. It shares the lobby and elevator with the hotel. It is very confusing. In short, it is too bad!

忘了拍房間照片，非常愉快的一次入住體驗，酒店地理位置優越，對面有購物中心，小吃也很多，房間和圖片裏的一模一樣，乾淨整潔，前台漂亮妹妹還給升級了房間，大廳有免費咖啡，早餐也不錯，由於帶着長者和小孩行李有點多，酒店還就近給預留了車位，服務很周到，強烈推薦星程酒店！

首先要説服務，我帶着家裡人長者小孩，長者腿腳不方便，看我們推着輪椅進來，這個保安幫我們把長者送到房間，這個真的要給酒店管理人員點贊，要給這個保安點贊👍，謝謝。房間很乾凈，床單被套很白很乾凈，有當地特色麪條，叫什麼我忘記了，總之很好吃，這個不辣的麪條孩子很喜歡，這次真的很滿意，強烈推薦銅川星程酒店
