酒店位置很不錯，還免費停車，大廳環境也不錯，旁邊靠近六尺巷，旁邊就是商業廣場，吃的很方便 ，缺點就是房間設施陳舊，吹風機風力小頭髮都吹不幹，環境衞生方面大方向還行，細節上欠缺，如燈控開關有灰，不過總體來説性價比高，還是滿意的。

軟件很好，地理位置得天獨厚，就在六尺巷旁，離博物館、文廟等都步行即達，周邊吃喝玩樂非常方便，前台及保潔都不錯，態度很好，積極解決問題。但硬件真是硬傷，老闆不捨得投資，所有設備都很差，衞生間排風扇聲音巨大，猶如拖拉機一直在發動，沒辦法衹好關了排風，又發現淋浴水管都裸露了（見圖），沒承想更大的驚嚇等着我們，老公洗完澡約摸半小時，我剛拿上衣服準備去洗澡，突然“嘭”的一聲悶響伴着老公一聲大叫，房間頓時一片漆黑，原來是老公準備打開床頭燈休息，剛一按開關就感覺被打了一下，然後……就斷電了！我嚇得腿都發軟，趕緊按亮手機電筒給前台打電話，房間電話卻是個擺設，直接去了前台，要求換房，被告知沒房間了，派了電工上去查看，床頭燈開關面板卸下里麪都糊了，就不知道怎麼處理一下，然後告訴我們不要再碰那個開關，就是全部處理過程。老天！深更半夜又是國慶假期，我衹好提心吊膽將就一夜，別説那個面板了，睡覺關燈我都是拿毛巾包着手才敢按開關，雖然前台立馬讓保潔阿姨送了兩張早餐券聊表歉意，我也能理解不是前台或阿姨的問題，但我真的想説我不是缺早餐錢是怕沒命吃早餐啊！驚魂一夜，第二天果斷換了一家店。

酒店環境不錯，服務很好，近桐城文廟，桐城博物館，就在商業廣場裏面。吃飯購物都非常便利，旁邊的濱河公園也是拍照的好地方。

第一次住尚客優酒店，體驗不錯，性價比高，前台工作人員服務好很熱心，房間乾淨整潔，酒店邊上就是地下停車埸，住店登記車牌可免費停車，就是早餐較差，但酒店邊上就有商店還有肯德基，用餐很方便。

商務大床房舒適性明顯提升，房間衞生間面積都大，一開門進入感覺就很好。各類插座齊全，多處安裝有USB插口，充電非常方便。前台幾位小姐姐服務都很好，熱情禮貌，業務熟練高效！不足之處就是淋浴間的門封閉性差，淋浴時水會灑到衞生間地面，導致衞生間地面有積水。

來桐城玩一天，酒店就在六尺巷附近，離南大街也只有不到10分鐘。房間不大，設施還行。這個價格已經可以了。唯一缺點是問酒店多要二瓶水，衹能提供一瓶
