一行兩車四人清明假期路過桐城，原來查看的酒店已定滿，無奈之下選擇了芊芊客舍。入住後感覺相當不錯房間超大，床品舒適，一夜無夢到天亮。除了位置偏一點，其他沒毛病，對自駕遊的朋友來説很方便，價格也親民。

預訂酒店因為其他事情沒有入住，酒店給全額扣款，並且顯示已入住。花錢買了個空氣。
酒店在客人未辦理入住的情況下 （沒有產生消費），酒店全額扣款。未產生消費行為，酒店單方面將未入住的改為已入住變成實際扣款，屬於霸王條款。酒店不核實客户的到店時間，未盡到告知義務。

芊芊客舍
空氣有味，晚上飄來一股味，過後好幾天我才想起來，當時就是覺得這味我熟悉，原來是在大連渤海大道旁有個垃圾山和污水處理廠就是空氣中飄來的這個味兒。順着風向飄過來，其它都非常好，下高速一左轉魚.分鐘就到了，大院子，院裏有非常寬敞的停車場，衹是路過住一下非常合適，某攜75元子訂的。乾淨整潔床品漿洗的非常好，室內衞生也做的乾淨，沒有灰。也是用心經營的一間民宿。水温水壓都非常好，（周圍沒吃沒喝）想熱鬧的別住這。睡覺很安靜。

服務態度超級好，前台小哥非常有耐心，又熱情，酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞，客房清潔人員也很親切，房間的價格也很實惠，性價比高！得到的不止一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗。

新的賓館，整體不錯。就是有點偏僻，老闆要是搞個小廚房就好了，炒麪，炒粉，湯麪，簡單的餐食，有顧客需要就收費現做。食材也耐放

位置在一個廠區裏面需要導航才能找到，停車方便，晚上也不吵，門口吃的少需要步行一段距離到路邊。可以開發票。

酒店是用廠房改造的吧，房間面積大，設施齊全，淋浴水流也大，就是床墊有點太軟，服務態度熱情。雖然離高速不遠但環境比較安靜，休息得挺好。總體給好評！
