我以為親子房是一張大床和一張小床，實際是兩個小床，就是有個躺椅可以睡，小朋友可以，我家是大男孩了有點不太合適

客房新中式裝修給人感覺很舒適，位置很好在錫山森林公園裡，柏油馬路出行方便，門口有停車位非常方便。大廳簡潔大氣，佈局合理，有輕音樂，很好聽，大堂茶非常不錯。服務人員效率高，周到，專業很不錯，房間採光好，明亮，安靜，衞生很乾凈，床墊很舒服，衞生間出水快，水温好，網速快，辦公方便，下次出差還住這家

前台服務員態度很好；客房很大，佈置温馨；酒店在山上，空氣好清新，從房間裏看出去外面景色好美；晚餐是在酒店吃的，有套餐，性價比超高，也可以送到客房。值得推薦！

體驗極差，前台接待給我入住單的時候，沒有任何解釋，入住單上沒填任何訊息，然後我還奇怪怎麼要填這麼多東西，填了兩項以後服務員才跟我説衹用簽名，那難道她不應該直接提前先告訴我嗎？好，這一點其實不影響入住體驗，我也沒太在意，但進房以後，我們訂的是山景房，但給我們的房間朝向根本就不是山景那一邊，打電話給前台説，前台告訴我山景房就是衹能看到一點點山景的，我説讓她給我換到對面的房間可以看到山景的，也不給換，説對面都是大床房，那我就很奇怪了，既然雙人間都看不到山景，那為什麼專門做一個山景房出來賣？那我跟開普通的標間有什麼區別？還有房間的茶具，真的很臟，肉眼可見的污漬在裏面，拍照不太清楚，但那個我很確定不是那種洗不下來的印記之類的，就是污垢，沒有認真清理，還有夜燈，那個夜燈開了跟沒開一樣，再怎麼樣也是温德姆旗下的酒店，所謂的國際聯號品牌，真沒想到會給到這麼差的體驗，衹能説給大家避雷了，跟外面小旅館沒什麼區別
