看得出來長城賓館是個有歷史背景的酒店，酒店入口要從停車場進，大廳蠻有派頭的。
前台的服務非常棒，我扣子掉了，問前台要了針線包，工作人員還特別擔心我無法穿針而主動協助我替我穿針。這份熱情非常窩心。
酒店的房間寬敞，住得非常舒服。當然酒店也有可以改進之處，譬如廁所太過狹窄，抽紙要收費等。
清晨隔著窗聽到鳥叫聲，拉開窗簾有白頭翁直接撲上玻璃窗，可惜來不及拿相機拍照。如再次造訪桐柏，肯定回來住。

衞生尚可，衞浴乾濕分離，但是衞生間過於狹小，衞浴噴淋頭不太暢快，排風扇巨響，房間之間的隔音很差。附近餐飲很方便，停車場挺大，且有人看守比較安全。

金秋十月來了河南省桐柏縣城長城賓館，首先是能停六十輛車的院內停車位吸引了。大堂整潔，樓道寬敝，房間佈局合理，儘管面積不是很大，但格局設計合理，浴衞分開，乾濕分開，使用方便。房子裏燈光明亮，電功窗簾，50吋電視，一桌三椅，喝茶聊天都很方便的。早餐主食菜品豐富的，真是價優質優的滿意住宿。我在攜程網訂了雙標房子，大堂經理髮現我們是七十多歲了，馬上就升級調房到了屋裡沒有台階的三樓客房，服務細緻入微。賓館北面步行200米，有一個老城根超市，規模可比北京的大型超市，各種食品，水果特別便宜，特別適合長途旅行者補充食材。一切都有照片為證。原來準備是住一天，這麼好的服務又延長了一天。謝謝各位多關注桐柏長城賓館！

前台服務人員態度僵硬，房間地板都翹起來了，差點絆倒，國家規定酒店現在都是下午14點退房，他們非要13點之前退房，午休到14點需要加20元費用。
