設施：設施比較舊了，應該是裝修的時間比較久了
衞生：衞生還算可以，就是下雨了，感覺樓層低一點有點潮
服務：服務很好，早餐不錯，值得推薦。

酒店雖然有點舊但是設施還是可以的，但是服務很差，可以總結為三個“不”：不專業、不熱情、不禮貌，説兩件事，第一件是前台接待的，客人主動打招呼，前台不理不睬，一個專心幹自己的事頭都不抬一下，另一個專心嗑瓜子，好不容易接了客人的身份證，突然用河南話説了一句什麼，客人沒聽懂詢問其説的什麼，她居然不理睬客人，對客人極其不尊重。第二件事，酒店承辦婚宴可能較多，下午四點半鐘餐廳服務員還在樓上打掃衞生，大量的廚餘垃圾裝滿電梯轎廂運到一樓，服務員居然佔著電梯聊天，客人等電梯上樓她們都視若不見。另外早餐很差，品種很少而且難吃，總之住這家酒店的感覺是連基本的尊嚴都沒有得到保證。

我是晚上十點五十的火車到桐柏，到酒店都晚上十一點多了，工作人員積極的幫我辦理入住，環境以及服務還是一如既往的好，有一點不足，床頭的那個插座，手機充電器插上去以後，容易掉下來，我當時入住的是218房間。
