Nice little hotel near the castle, at the beginning of the "old" village street. Large parking lot nearby. In this village you feel like you're in another century. The reception was very nice! We stayed in the main building (on the top floor near reception). Great new wooden floor. Very clean. In addition to a second room, there is also a very large common room. Very quiet at night. Breakfast buffet was unloving and you weren't even greeted by the staff, or the greeting wasn't returned. We had dinner in the hotel. Be sure to book in advance. There are three or five course menus. It's not suitable for vegetarians. We wanted a small change to the 5 course menu. We had to ask the kitchen first if that was possible. "Yes, but only if everyone at the table does that and has the same thing." We did it. Unfortunately, the course we didn't want came anyway. They kindly took it anyway. It took a long time (second course came after 1.5 hours). Other tables that came earlier got their courses earlier and quicker. We don't know what the problem was. Three waiters for 11 tables and a set menu shouldn't be a problem. To be honest, we were expecting a little treat after the two big mistakes in the service. Nothing came. Checking out was quick and not particularly friendly. The iPhone headphones still in our ears didn't seem very professional to us. We're not entirely happy. The service still has potential for improvement.
