Dreadful experience with the Beefeater restaurant. The Hilden Manor restaurant had not been receiving deliveries from their catering supplier, so the menu was in their words 'very limited'. What on earth was going on there, if your current supplier could not get food for you. You should do something to make sure you are giving a high level of service to your customers. Simply telling them that the menu will be very limited, falls way below the standard of service, I would expect from a Beefeater.
