Несколько раз останавливались с детьми в Апарт-отеле. Главный критерий для меня в путешествии с детьми - чистота! И в Первом апарт-отеле чисто, аккуратно, есть все для комфорта: большой шкаф, письменный стол, удобные кровати и чистейшее постельное белье. санузел всем оборудован и также чистый. Из плюсов также - возможность жить в разных комнатах с детьми, просторные номера, а также наличие в здании кафе Prado и возможность заказывать там еду с доставкой в номер практически круглосуточно. Относительно близко расположен парк с Белым озером, есть где прогуляться перед сном. Очень рекомендую для бюджетных путешествий в Томск.

Номер вполне хороший, чистый, просторный. Но, совет, не ведитесь на завтрак за 400 рублей который можно приобрести сразу при бронировании отеля!!!!! Это развод. Предлагают небольшой выбор не из основного меню. А если смотреть по отдельности сколько все стоит, то переплачиваете! Входит чай в пакетике, чёрный или зелёный( никакой другой пикетированный выбрать нельзя!), который стоит 50 рублей в меню. Сырники в основном меню 230 рублей. И все, больше дополнительно выбрать нельзя, за доп плату. В итоге вы поели на 280 рублей, а заплатили 400!!! Не великие деньги, но факт обмана максимально не приятный. Я бы хотела взять ещё кашу, она стоит 110 р, но тогда мне придётся платить дополнительно к 400 рублям. Хотя по факту сырники+каша+чай по ценам ресторана = 390 рублей!!!
