I ordered 3 rooms for me and my family. The staff so polite and friendly. The cleanliness also good. On night, the weather is cold, no air-conditioning is required. They provide nasi goreng and teh manis for the breakfast and its really taste good. My family and i so happy to stay here

The hotel doesn't have TVs in all the rooms, the hot water doesn't turn on in the morning, and the water is already fully turned on. It doesn't even feel hot, it's still cold. No free wifi and no water heater. The view is bad, you can't see Lake Toba directly, but you can only see trees and swamps that haven't been cleaned. Anyway, it's not recommended.
