Great view, good location, good soundproofing despite close to the airport. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect for the first day or last day in Okinawa, coz it is really near to the airport and car-rental companies. The service is good and they speak fluent English. But the swimming pool and spa is thinner than I expected, and the opening time is too short which only opens to 21:00, and the gym room is not 24hrs also. If you want to use the facilities, you have to gave up some time in other parts in Okinawa and sleep early. Moreover, they don’t provide bathrobe, only towels in room, you may need to change the swimwear in changing rooms rather than in your room. But overall, it is good.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. Upon entering my room, I discovered a trail of ants inside - an abnormal quantity of ants. When I reported this to the front desk, the staff consulted the manager and told me that all rooms of my room type were fully booked and so another room couldn’t be arranged. After spending a short while at the back office, the front desk staff visited the room and saw the situation herself. I was finally moved to another room which I believe is of the same room type. (but I was told earlier it wasn’t available) Cleanliness aside, the worst part was the manager’s attitude. There was no signs of compassions and no effort to make up for the inconvenience I had to go through, I was given an impression that the hotel didn’t care customers’ experience at all. Having to plead for a basic level of cleanliness - a room free of unacceptable amount of pests is unacceptable, and the complete lack of empathy on the manager’s part left me very dissatisfied with my stay - my second stay indeed.

Free parking, beautiful seaview with aircraft taking off and landing. Friendly staff, very clean, spacious room, comfortable beds and even kitchen counter is there. Free drinks and free alcoholic drinks provided in the bar. Whole environment is so relaxing. Swimming pool is not big, people mainly take photos there. I like the outdoor onsen. Onsen water is not very hot so it’s suitable for hot weather. We rented the electric bike from the hotel (1500 yen/ hr), it was fantastic experience. 3 min walk to Umikaiji Terrace. Also it’s convenient to drive to many tourist attractions. We’ll definitely come back.

The place was such spectacular! Great service and the room was clean and spacious. Their infinity pool with breathtaking view, and jacuzzi was superb! Even the guest lounge and 8th floor. All I can say is that we loved every single minute that stayed at the Storyline hotel! Would love to stay again sooooon!

The room was very spacious and overall service was amazing. Room was also decorated/design very stylish. Amenities and facilities like the bathroom were all new and enjoyable, like the slippers and beach bag with extra towels for you to use if you visit the pool/just for convenience exploring the area. The room even comes with a little kitchen corner with a full sized fridge, oven, microwave so you won’t need to share with others in the corridor - good for late night snacks. Balcony looks out to the beach and airport, which are both great views especially on a sunny day. We particularly enjoyed the Sky Room on 8/F, where you can grab a wide variety of free drinks and alcohol. It is connected to the Sky Terrace, which again had a great city view and a good spot for pictures on a sunny day. 8/F also houses the pool and onsen, which you can sit by the side and dip your feet in if you’re not a swimmer. Walkable distance to Umikaji Terrace, where there’s lots of independent shops and restaurants. We didn’t pay for the breakfast but that was also highly recommended by our relatives who stayed here previously. You can bring the picnic basket to the poolside and have a poolside breakfast. The only complaint is that you can hear planes land and take off very frequently due to its close proximity to the airport. Definitely one of the best stays we’ve ever experienced and would 12/10 come back again.
