Holiday Inn Express & Suites HOUSTON NW - TOMBALL AREA by IHG

The front desk lady who greeted me when I checkin was amazing. But they don’t have hair dryer in the room. I have to come down the next morning to get it and the front desk boy didn’t say a word to me or tell me to wait or something :) it’s not a good way to start a day at all 😮💨

Was a great hotel had one of the best breakfast I've had at a hotel

There was chewed up gum in the sheets. The lotion dispenser didn’t work. Very dissatisfied.

Clean rooms, easy check in and out, hot breakfast every morning. I will stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay at this property. Our only complaint is we were told there was breakfast but they did not have it running.

No breakfast & never cleaned the room, they expected me to tell them to clean the room everyday, otherwise no towels and clean sheets. There are lot of hotels around. I chose Holiday Inn because of IHG and was more expensive that other hotels. I got unlucky this time.

This hotel claims to have a hot breakfast. But for 3 days they had a sign that said their oven was broken so no hot breakfast. The last two days the entire breakfast area was closed by the State health department. I asked about a reduction in rates but the clerk said he didn't have any control over that. Also one of the elevators was broken the entire time we were there. I also found a barrette and a TV remote under the bed, so apparently the bed hadn't been cleaned under

Advertised breakfast but there was none. That would have been nice to know prior to reserving.

Nice room (slightly dated but still comfortable) . Clean in all common areas as well. Breakfast was good with nice area to enjoy it.
